This Starbucks is convenient for me considering it’s down the road & I am able to use my Giant card for rewards. I think the service is always great & the ladies who work there are super sweet! However, today after receiving my iced caramel macchiato, I didn’t take a sip until leaving the premises and once I did, I came to the realization that it was spoiled.. very sour tasting.. probably the milk I’m assuming? I was already home by this time so there was no point of trying to come back to have them fix it. Kind of a bummer that I threw it away immediately and it was a waste of $$. Only leaving a review in hopes they’ll check the expiration dates before service. Other than that, my drinks are usually always good with great service!!

While I'm not a big Starbucks person, this place is a good spot. Although it is in a grocery store, there was still seating if you were trying to work a bit while sipping a drink. Drinks & food were the standard Starbucks fare. The biggest reason for the 5 stars is that the batista remembered a friend's order that hadn't been in the area for a few months

The frappe I got here was delicious. The barista was super nice and the service was very quick for only one person behind the counter. Very satisfied with my experience.

The people that give bad reviews about the baristas that work at giant Starbucks should try doing our job before blasting the work when they never worked this job

The employee that made my coffee was so incredibly rude. Short, dark complected woman with black hair. Didn't write my order down. Didn't say two words to me. Rung it up in the system wrong because she didn't feel like typing in what I actually ordered. No surprise my coffee came out with whipped cream. My husband has a dairy allergy. I asked her to remake it and watched her scoop half the coffee out of my cup still topped with remnants of whipped cream. I politely asked her to remake the coffee because of an allergy and apologized for being a pain. Still she said nothing to me. Threw them away and made the poorest rendition of a frappacino I've ever seen. Was barely cold. Not to mention you pay 14$ to have a treat every now and then, and get treated like a burden. There was nobody else in line and she was working alone.

I have complained a few other times of how this on lady is with customers including me. Today I ordered and waited and waited and waited, I saw customers that ordered after me getting their drink so I asked if mine had been made yet. The mean lady chimed in and said my drink was already out there, it wasn't my drink and I had to take it because she started arguing with me saying I can't hear but it wasn't eve my drink she made me take. I'm done with this Starbucks and maybe even Starbucks in general.
