ordered an oatmilk apple crisp macchiato
and got a Carmel macchiato. what a waste of 5 bucks . wasn't even close to what I ordered and the employee behind the counter was deffinalty not happy to be working there. SMH.
As for the lady who said barista was rude told u drink was out there it was u picked up wrong one another customer

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. Some baristas are really rude and suck at making drinks, with only a few good and very nice employees. However, other baristas are amazing, providing fast service with a smile, efficiency, and charm. One employee with 12 years plus experience moved the line of customers very quickly while working all alone. Some items tasted so bad they had to be thrown out after one bite and one sip, but the employees were very friendly on a busy day before Christmas, so a second try is possible.
