“We dined at One Coastal over the weekend. We had four people in our party and everyone ordered a different item on the menu. Food was fantastic! I enjoyed a simple pasta dish that was the most delish meal I’ve had in years. I shared with everyone at the table and everyone loved it. My husband had the pork chop and reported that it was delicious. My daughter had the scallops and said they were perfect. Her boyfriend had the flank steak and it looked terrific. But my pasta was PERFECTION!“

“It’s a nice diner but they have one dumb rule. All over the country no one has to sign up for a solo seat at the counter. You walk in and you grab a seat. Not at this place. I just watched Owner kicked out a local & told him he had to wait even though there was no one waiting for the counter. Seat sat empty for 8 min. Everyone at the counter thought this was a dumb rule even the staff. Counter seats fill up you don’t need a sign in sheet for those. Such bad business. #1 because it’s a dumb rule #2 because now the local that eats there 4 times a week is now done with the diner which they will need in the off season months. “Dumb”“

“I had a fantastic experience at Plaza Mexico Restaurant! I called about an hour and a half before closing with a party of 12, and they had no trouble accommodating us. The staff was exceptionally accommodating regarding my children's gluten allergy, and the food was hot, fresh, and authentic. Our waiter was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was perfect and checking items for us. The drinks were cold and generously poured. The chicken carbonara, surf & turf, and charcoal shrimp were delicious meals that our family enjoyed. In addition to the great food, our service was the best I can remember. Robbin, our server, was attentive to our needs, bringing our daughter extra lemons and getting the kitchen to do her grilled shrimp without the "spices". “My family and I frequent Bethany Beach each summer and Bethany Blues has become one of our absolute favorites. We typically order carry out but this most recent trip we decided to dine in and I wanted to write this specifically in regards to that experience. Everything was delicious, they were super busy but we still got our food quickly and correctly which is always a plus. The manager for the evening came around when our waiter informed him that someone in our party had a gluten intolerance. The manager came over and was so friendly, and knowledgeable about every item on the menu and exactly which items and sauces contained gluten and which did not. For someone to take this extra time and attention for something that at other restaurants is commonly overlooked meant so much to us, we wanted to be sure to recognize and give credit where credit was due.
