I’ve eaten from this restaurant twice so far. I am pleased with the food items I have ordered so far. So far I’ve had the fried whiting fish platter, Cajun turkey wings, black eyed peas with rice, yams, collard greens and strawberry pound cake. Everything has been delicious, I’ve had other soul food in the area and I like Aunt Berta’s the best. Thank you for the kind and fast service.
Seem like the cashier has an attitude Like someone did something to her. Food is ok. I'm from down south and I'm a chef. So I'm a southern boy. Mac& cheese need more seasoning. Just in some spots need to step it up that's all.
Let’s just be glad I don’t live in Delaware, I’d be eating them out of house and home. I only had a lunch special and it was FIRE!!!! Those turkey wings in the case looked AMAZING!!! I had the fish Mac n yams n baby I gotta get me another platter before I go back to Philly. And let’s just give one for the staff, very nice, no attitude, kind, I loved it.
