“I've never actually eaten at this location. This five star review is based entirely upon the dumpster adjacent to the restaurant. For somebody returning home from work on foot, it provides a semi-discreet location to relieve the bladder. Far from ideal, but close enough. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, but it seems that the bottom of my heart is too far away for me to reach currently. “I just wanted to take a moment to share the amazing service I received at the McDonald’s located at 700 N. DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE 19720. I went through the drive-thru today (7/20/2025) at 12:48 PM, and I was genuinely impressed.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire crew seemed organized and motivated—they looked like they truly enjoyed working there. Huge props to both the crew and management for maintaining such a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

My order was handled with great attention to detail, and I felt truly cared for. As I was about to leave, a member of management even offered me the chance to try their new creamy chili sauce—a small gesture, but it really showed the extra effort they put into customer satisfaction.

This is exactly how fast food service should be. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this location. You won’t regret it!“

“My family and I love this location. The staff are super friendly and welcoming even when they are busy with other tables. We usually make it in time for a late dinner after work(9pm-10:30pm), and they have been always helpful.

The Manager on duty (Christian) is awesome! His attentiveness and helpful makes our experience every time we visit amazing. We notice he is often on the floor helping out and running food out. It’s very refreshing to see it.

Food is always good, drinks amazing! We usually bring parties over 6 people, sometimes 4 people or just a pair for dinner. Even with the overwhelming numbers, they are quick to accommodate us.

10/10 would definitely recommend!“

“Over the few years I actually like the atmosphere and look of current Wendy's like I could sit down and enjoy a meal there.

However the highlight of this place is its accuracy in getting my order right and service. I've ordered from well over 20 times in the last couple years. I can remember only one mistake with a baked potato, but that's it and we are a family of four!

Also, there is a regular employee there that is hilarious and friendly, give him a raise, guys!! He an older guy with a ponytail!“
