The food is good but customer service is bad. I asked for a bagel with bacon and i got a bagel with cream cheese they smacked the cream cheese on and on top of all that girl had an attitude and she threw my mf orange juice at me like i know its early but dayum.
Love going through their drive thru. They're always fast and friendly. The line seems like it is long on the drive thru sometimes but goes really fast. For those who order cold drinks at Dunkin, be aware that this location charges $1 extra for requesting "no ice". Fortunately, I realized this before placing my order via the app while in the drive-thru, so I changed it to "less ice" instead, and of course...they STILL gave me too much ice (can't post a pic for some reason). I haven't noticed this $1-no-ice-upcharge at other Dunkin locations (yet) but if l do, I'm uninstalling the app. It’s just another way to shrink portions...read full review
