After a nice vacation in Rehoboth Beach we decided to stop at the IHOP on our way to NJ. Everything was great and we especially liked they had special pricing for seniors 55 and older.

3.5 stars. Both hosts at the front were very nice. Service was pretty slow for an early afternoon breakfast. Our server Markel was very accurate with our orders. It wasn't his fault my hot cakes came out long after my omelet. The iced tea was terrible. It tasted like syrup.

Too much phone talk. I watched a waitress look at me then turn away to her phone conversation.
Some people are funny that way I guess. Good thing she was not my waitress. I would not have tipped her. My waitress was good and the food was good. I'll be back.
