Walked in on a weeknight and were seated right away. The ingredients are clearly fresh, you can taste it. The menu is small but every dish is dialed in. Service was quick — no long waits between courses. Worth every penny.

I've been coming to this place for a while now and I really need to find another spot!!! The food went down the service went down even over the phone with this dry talking. So over it already. Ordered corn bread on the side paid for it got home no corn bread. Yeah it's time BYE!!!

Mac cheese does not taste home made. It taste like box Mac and cheese. Very cheaply made and not soulfood. Somebody else need to make it or don't be cheap. Its not unreasonable if other restaurants can and the pricing is the same.
The smothered pork chops and catfish never miss. They are very personable and have the orders completed in a timely manner.

The food was phenomenal seasoned to perfection and the portions were hefty The prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of food we received absolutely putting this on my list of favorite places to eat. The staff was friendly and welcoming surprised I hadn't found out about this little gem sooner
