Without a doubt the best restaurant in Delaware. The pierogies, nachos, crab cakes, and burgers are 10/10. The service is awesome and Patty is the best!! Super friendly and quick service. The vibe in this place is awesome too- you can’t do it justice in pictures. Come check it out!!
For those of us who recall the humble beginnings of New Orleans Cafe in Crum Lynn to its big days in Media. They reestablished themselves in Old New Castle DE as Nora Lees French Quarter. I googled Cajun food and my search found them. My family and I went to dinner there this past Saturday evening our reservation was for 6:45, we were greeted properly and sat right away. The staff was courteous and prompt for a busy Saturday evening. Water with bread and Cajun butter (to die for, if you know you know) were brought to the table while we decided on our orders. My daughter ordered blackened crab cakes with garlic mashed potatoes and veggies; My wife had blackened tuna steak with VooDoo Crawfish; and I had the special grilled sirloin with a bourbon mushroom sauce garlic mashed potatoes and hush puppies. The food was as great as I remembered it to be and portions were enough that we all had some to take home. We shared a dessert which was a take on Junior Mints in cake form, it was delicious and enough that we all shared it. We will definitely be back! If you miss the old New Orleans Cafe or would like to try Cajun food take the drive to Old New Castle DE, you won't be disappointed!
Food is amazing. Atmosphere is great. The servers were great. Dinner took a little longer than it should have (2 hours).

Hi everybody, here again at Nora Lee’s another awesome experience. We had the pleasure of recieving exceptional service with Rosie, Whitney & seeing Patty again. The nachos & the gumbo were awesome!!! The beers are ice cold and the drinks looked delicious. The company at the bar/restaurant was so pleasant Love this place❤️❤️❤️Another great time at Nora Lee's with my brother. Food, especially the gumbo is awesome, the laid-back cool vibe is always relaxing and the other patrons at the bar are always ready to strike up a fun conversation. The service is so friendly, especially Patty, Jess, Ashley & Whitney. The owner is very nice and makes the most decadent desserts imaginable.

Finding parking sucks I loved the atmosphere but what I had I didn't enjoy. I think I may have to try something else next time. I had the blackened crab cakes . They were not seasoned enough and mushy. But I could taste the lump crab meat though. Just too mushy and lacked flavor. The fresh bread they give you was yummy and so were the hush puppies. It was cute inside, I loved the decor.

Not a fan of the food. The crab & artichoke dip had more artichoke than crab...more like the crab was MIA.
The blackened chicken was okay & the hush puppies was a bit on the sweet side.

It is an amazing restaurant and had a great experience with my family here. Absolutely love the lobster raviolis and would defiantly get them again. The only side is parking is pain in the area.
