Great Cajun food in…New Castle, Delaware? Loved it, though. I had the alligator sausage jambalaya. Not JUST spicy (but it was that) but extremely flavorful. My wife got the milder blackened salmon, but very tasty as well.
Really good food. Some communication and thought process glitches among the staff. Really good and plentiful food. But also an expensive place! Try for twofer Wednesday to keep costs less than astronomical.
