Nice and clean place, decent food, and responsive and friendly staff members, (well some of them anyway)... I only gave them 4 stars because they don't monitor the remaining cooked inventory very well and tend to run out of items, so you have to wait or pick something else while they prepare more.
Jacky and the team here at New Castle Panda Express are awesome. Jacky was the person who helped me and was extremely helpful. She not only got me the items I was looking for but also made a great suggestion for dessert so I purchased it. It was great!!! She also made sure she made all the suggestions for my food and experience and really took her time to make me feel as if I was not being rushed.After getting my food (to-go) I planned to leave but once I got in the car I realized...
I know I am that one in a million but your spicy/hot foods is too hot. I wish people would make stuff spicy but mild. Its not enjoyable with my mouth burning. I like some spice sometimes.
