Literally just moved to the area about 30 hours ago and passed this place. Food was a 7/10 but service was lackluster, and that’s putting it nicely. The young girl with the bad skin has a terrible attitude. The older gentleman, who looks to be in management, should have a better approach when resolving customer issues. Get new people to run the front.

I had ordered pizza last night and wings I tried explaining to the gentleman how I wanted everything cooked he did not completely understand what I was saying when he was taking my order and when the order was delivered I tried calling back to the store nobody picked up on top of all of this that delivery driver was very rude I guess he didn't like the tip which was given to him and a good amount. And please let's not mention the children's mac and cheese was like extremely runny and horrible.

Yesterday, a pharmacy representative ordered lunch for my workplace, CVS Pharmacy in Bear. Along with the order, two platters of cookies were delivered. There was no disclaimer or allergy warning provided specifically, no notice regarding nut allergens. One of my pharmacist has a severe nut allergy. Unfortunately, he ate one of the cookies from the platter, and within minutes suffered a serious allergic reaction. The head pharmacist at the store immediately called your location and asked to speak with a manager. When the person who was either the manager or acting as one came on the line, the pharmacist explained the situation. The response she received was shocking: she was told, “Why didn’t they call first to inquire before your he consumed it?” I would like to believe that the person who made this statement was not the actual manager, as this is not the level of professionalism or empathy expected from someone in that position. I request that this matter be addressed immediately, and that you contact the pharmacist directly to discuss and resolve it. I will also be following up with her to confirm whether this has been addressed.

My fiancé and I had an amazing dinner at Seasons Pizza at the Pulaski Highwa, Bear location! The pizza was out of this world—perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a fantastic sauce. On top of that, the service was outstanding. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's a great spot for a casual and delicious meal. Highly recommend!

We have been to other locations and im not sure why this happened to us tonight. The wings were a little more crisp for our liking. the fries were burnt and the seaso bites were over cooked. The pizza was great. The young man that was over waiter was very pleasant and well deserving of a fair tip... he wasn't the cook. We have had good food at the smyrna store, elsmere, Newark and Maryland ave.
