Ordered and paid for extra cheese on a chicken parm and pizza steak. There was a minimum amount cheese as I had to move the chicken around to find some. Asked for the pizza steak to be well toasted it was not and asked for mozzarella cheese on that and there was no cheese. Not the friendliest staff when being greated to pick up my order. I forgot why I stopped going to this place, hopefully I will remember in the future!

We stopped in for dinner. The dining area was empty. Generally speaking, everything was pretty good. My boyfriend chose the choose-your-own pasta with chicken and Alfredo. The chicken was very chewy and fatty, making it impossible for him to eat. Everything else was fine. I had the signature cheese steak with ketchup and pickles, which was very good.

We placed a large order for Mothers day. When the food arrived my mom's pizza was missing and the spaghetti and meatball dish I ordered was spilled out in the bag. I called they said they would send a new spaghetti and meatball dish and the pizza. We'll by the time we got the pizza it was cold and looked terrible they should have remade the pizza since the original one had been sitting so long. Not only did my mom not get to eat with the rest of the family but when she receive the old soggy pizza she didn't want it anymore. The rest of the food was pretty good though just disappointed about the pizza.

Havenāt been here in years. We came last week and we had a great time and some really good food as well. I got the chicken finger dinner Who knew chickens had fingers lol, my dad got pizza and split it with my sister and my mom got spaghetti and a salad. We loved it better than we remember it being. We sat in a booth because tables r inferior to booths and by sitting at a table it shows other diners ur weak side and the booth sitters like us look down upon the table people and it makes u look low class and submissive. Thatās not the image u want so be smart and choose a booth. The server was awesome I forgot their name but she was really sweet and service was fast ! Definitely coming back soon!

I love their salads š„ they always taste freshly made with fresh ingredients. I enjoy their pizza occasionally and Iāve tried a few other things and itās always been pleasant.

Lately my takeout orders for pizza have not been good. I've been eating here for years and the NY style pizza was amazing but the last few months have been terrible. I ordered NY style and I get a regular pizza, flurry.... not thin and crispy like the traditional NY style. Not sure if it's a cook but different falling way off.

Zero consistency. Can't follow directions on your order so why bother you get what they give you. Quality has really gone down hill

Was cooked great. Chicken strips not all dried out very fresh and onion rings were lightly battered so you can taste the onion. Fast delivery as usual.

I told the girl my address three times she couldnāt comprehend sheās incompetent and then another guy got on that tried to speak English and I wasnāt trying to explain anything else, and then their manager called back. Explain that she didnāt appreciate that. Her people couldnāt comprehend what I told them my address and what I was trying to order Not a good place. I did not recommend anybody going there and you know what thereās more to come cause I will get a hold of corporate and report them good people that know how to listen to English take down the address and take a order sample fax.
