The New Castle Farmers Market has a large selection of foods to eat.Today I settled with Stoltzfus Sausage Sandwiches. I have to say. These sausage sandwiches are the real deal. The bread was nice and soft and the sausage had a crispness on the exterior while keeping its juicyness on the inside. Mine had grilled onions and a sauce. (No cheese) ? While we usually go to the New Castle Farmers market on Sunday when they're not open, if we have time we always visit here. Food is good there's always a line when you get there. They also have an extensive menu so there's things here aside from sausage. Since you can get cheese steaks and burgers anywhere, get the sausage and enjoy.
