We had a great early dinner. The 2 entrée deal can't be beat. We both chose the salad and sirloin, cooked as we ordered it, with a side of broccoli. It was plentiful and good. Service was quick and friendly.

Went to this location and was sat almost immediately at 2:25. We continued to sit there for 20 mins without anyone greeting us, acknowledging us, or getting any drinks. We left at 2:45. The time we waited was no exaggeration because we discussed missing their half off apps time and looked at the time when we sat. Very disappointed as there were probably 5 other tables total and at least 4-5 waitresses.

Sorry but had to change my review as I was absolutely disappointed on my subsequent visit. It appeared as if they put my chips on a wet plate and many were soggy when they arrived, so was the waffle fries on the skillet. But my biggest issue it that
That this Applebee's in Suburban Plaza Delaware refused me service after two drinks although I tried to explain my loud behavior was due to a true disability and they still insisted on embarrassing me at the crowded bar. I felt humiliated as veteran and a disabled person.
The following were from my initial visit and Cody did not responsible for how I was treated on second visit.
I have a closer Applebee's but after meeting friend for drinks at this location...I have a new spot at the bar here. Cody was extremely polite even when I got a bit loud when talking. He was also respectful in thanking my buddy and I for our service after over hearing us talking about our service as veterans. Awesome!

Stopped in about 8 pm Monday night, sat in a booth the place was very cold. Feet freezing. No plates for our appetizer, wait service really slow . Didn’t,t feel the gal really cared.

Love the grilled chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes.
Service is terrible. She says how over worked and how much the server has to do in the kitchen to make sure the cook does the job correctly. Our drinks were wrong, food served badly no appetizer until after main course was served. She also ran away and tried to bring her manager over for hurting her feelings. We asked the the manager not disturb our meal, so the manager refused to come over. Wow!!!!! A few years ago when I ran manager y different restaurants, I would have fired her on the spot. Jessica is the name of this bad waitress. If you get her, don't bother to stay.
