If you have Hailey as your server ask to move seats absolutely pathetic. She avoided our table at all cost! Ignore our drinks we had empty cups and didn't bother asking if we wanted more or anything. Yes im rating this a 1 star because everything is very shitty and won't ever return back her. 3 of us stopped here for a bite to eat. We got 4 appetizers for the half off deal. The place was almost empty. Server was slow coming over after being seated. We ordered 4 appetizers and drinks. Got the drinks quickly, but the food was alittle slow. After awhile she came over and said that the spinach dip was holding up the order. But it will be here soon. Shortly after that, the chicken wings and tacos and cheese sticks showed up. No dip. The 3 appetizers were less than warm. I tried 2 different chicken pieces and it wasn't tasting good at all. Then it took awhile to get her in our sights. That didn't happen. Then the spinach dip was brought out. I told her about the problem with the chicken wings. Then our waitress came over and said that we would get a fresh order. The other 2 items were problems also. But didn't want to make a bigger deal out of it. I think that our 3 appetiters were sitting on the shelf waiting for the spinach dip to be done. That in my estimation is a bad decision. Bring out what is Hot and ready. We normally go to the Applebee's on Rt.40 and 896 area. The service is much better there.

We came at 1pm on a weekday and the service was amazing! Food was delicious! And the manager and waitress sealed the deal. I will definitely be coming back again.
Our server Victor has been the best server we ever had at Applebee's!!!! We stop in and when he is there, the Service is outstanding. Victor makes it a point to make sure our experience is fabulous. Victor is such a an asset to your company. We always sit in the bar and we always see other workers sitting at bar tables when they could be helping co workers, welcoming guest, cleaning tables,whatever, but Victor was always on top of anything we needed. We will see Victor again soon

I had the worst experience after becoming a consistent customer for the last month. My wife and I came in today. I’ve been coming here at least 2 to 3 times a week for the last month. I am new to the Delaware area and found this location to be really good when it comes to service and food, but I had the wrong experience today. I didn’t have my ID on me like I normally do but honestly the last few times i’ve been to this location they didn’t ask for my ID because they seen it so much and they know I’m of age. I ordered my food and then I went to order drinks. I realized I didn’t have my ID. The server told me she would have to ask a manager. I asked her to ask the manager like she said the manager came over Steven and was very rude. His tone was completely rude and honestly, it gave racist because he didn’t talk to the Caucasian customers the way he talk to me and he was very nonchalant. He didn’t honestly care for my service and I come here a lot and spend a lot of money here and give great tips and I have this experience from a manager. I’ve never met while coming here so many times it’s completely unacceptable. He told me he’s not going to jail for me and breaking the law for me when he could’ve easily just said hey these are the rules. I’m sorry I can’t do that instead of giving me extra sassy responses I was completely nice and professional, so I don’t know where this energy came from. I think it’s because he may have been in a meeting or something in the server started speaking to him, but for him to respond with such a negative tone is completely disrespectful and uncalled for it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Not sure how you got a management position with the sassy disrespectful nonchalant attitude and tone. You should treat everyone the same because you don’t. I understand you was doing your job, but you didn’t have to be nasty about it.
