Ordered from the new New Orleans inspired menu. Got the blackened shrimp and andouille sausage with penne pasta. Was EXCELLENT!!! 🌠⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the bad experience I had at your restaurant. We arrived at 5:40 p.m. and, despite waiting a considerable amount of time, no waitress attended to us. I had to go over to ask when they would serve us, and only then, minutes later, they brought us the salads, but without utensils to eat with. The drinks arrived very late, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I consider customer service to be a fundamental part of the experience at a restaurant, and on this occasion it left a lot to be desired. I hope you take this comment into account to improve service and prevent other customers from going through the same thing.

Where do I start this Applebee’s on Churchman rd is an amazing location! I was in a hurry so I ordered Carside and the server Chino was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive to our order, immediately came out to greet us as we pulled in like he knew we were coming. He told us that he was currently putting it together and he would be back out in 5 mins with our order and than a minute later he was out with our food. He than reviewed our order with us to make sure everything was perfect and to our specifications. He was so nice and made us laugh a few times with jokes. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and it translates into the experience. I will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing too! The whiskey bacon burger is amazing! Congrats Applebee’s on a new customer! Keep it up!

Upon arriving a manager quickly came up to me before I was seated and said they didn't allow outside food or drink and I had a water bottle with me. She said I would either need to throw it out or place it back in my car. I politely asked the manager "even water? Who makes this policy?" She stated it was a corporate policy and I then commented "As a manager do you think it makes sense? " Her response "Well you don't have to dine here?" And she was right, I absolutely do not have to dine here and won't ever again. I was not the only one who noticed her rudeness and the greeter apologized to me but that manager needs to work on her customer service because it was disgusting.
We dined here with my sister who is autistic and needs her food pureed. Star was SO accommodating and blended it up herself :) great service!
