Applebees must be struggling a bit. Not only was the wait time for the food long, but when we got our food it felt like we got cheated. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and actually had a good laugh when I got it because you would think it was have a decent amount of sautéed mushrooms based on the name. My burger had a singular sliced mushroom right in the middle of the burger 😂 my friends chicken sandwich had a ketchup packets worth of their sauce despite it being their new hyped up chicken sandwich. The fries were limp noodles and cold. Not to mention it felt like the price of potatoes must have gone up based on how stingy they were with the fries. Service was good tho. Drinks were fast and we were kept up to date with food wait times. Wait time for the food was a bit long despite nearly half the place being empty. Overall disappointing.

Went to dinner tonight with my family at Applebees in Glasgow and we had Ronia as our server! Absolutely amazing experience, she pays so much attention to detail, asks all the right questions and if you're hungry don't worry that food is coming out fast. I have been to Applebee's and service is usually really good today with Ronia service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

Upon arriving we waited 15 minutes for our server “jasilyn” to arrive we put our orders in and they came out in a decent time. She was quick to run away and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else as we didn’t have either napkins or silverware. We didn’t see her again after 20 minutes for her to ask us if we wanted separate or 1 check. Still not asking us if we needed anything, we ordered dessert and again it came out quickly. Thankfully we caught her when she came around because we still didn’t have silverware she turned around grabbed us some silverware and slammed it on the table and sped walked away. I understand that everyone has their days but this was completely unacceptable.
