Upon arriving we waited 15 minutes for our server “jasilyn” to arrive we put our orders in and they came out in a decent time. She was quick to run away and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else as we didn’t have either napkins or silverware. We didn’t see her again after 20 minutes for her to ask us if we wanted separate or 1 check. Still not asking us if we needed anything, we ordered dessert and again it came out quickly. Thankfully we caught her when she came around because we still didn’t have silverware she turned around grabbed us some silverware and slammed it on the table and sped walked away. I understand that everyone has their days but this was completely unacceptable.

Never coming back to this location again!!!!After waiting 15 to 20 minutes for service I had to go to the front to ask for someone to take our order. IT WAS NOT BUY AT ALL. People that came after us were serviced in two minutes after being set down. Such a discrimination!!!!!!

I ordered The Southwest Chicken Bowl with NO RICE. I made that abundantly clear but they STILL added rice. I stated 3 times no rice. Why is it so hard for Applebees to grant one simple request?!?!

Really nice atmosphere. Was served the minute I came in by nice young lady. It must have been time to switch shifts. A nice guy came and took over and kept everything going as well. I was pretty pleased.

The food was good, the service was terrible. Took 35m for someone to even come to the table. Almost an hour just to get soup to start. We literally saw 7 couples come, eat then leave well before we were even near done.

I was shocked to get a table right away for 7 people on a Friday night. Kudos to the team for being super efficient.
The main issue with this Applebees location is the lack of Handicapped parking spots. There are only 3 spots and they’re always filled. Yet there are like 6 curb side takeout spots next to them that are never used. They should convert some of them to handicapped.
