Worst Arby’s around. Do not go unless you have hours to waste. Last 3 times I have tried to go in drive thru it takes 20-30 min per car and I just end up leaving after 30 min. This is supposed to be fast food and it’s not. Just go to Wendy’s across the street.

Roast beef sandwich, Had a first night with a HARBLE tast like it been sitting around not covered,refrigerated at all. Smelled like the restrant being mopped with old dirty water a small odor of lingering bleach soaked into the sandwich beef and old stale not fresh roll so both have distinct smell explained here in with old not fresh roll and old beef after 3 bites just to be sure return back to manager and received a apology and left as hungry still as much as when I made my order, not happy as could have been if I was offered fresh sand, it's one of my old time favorite sandwiches been having since I was a little boy with horsey sauce it makes the best taste looking forward to it as soon as I get taste into my mouth. Shame this happened have not had a erge since I know I can get it back right away if manager did right thing and offered me a fresh sandwich, saving a long time roast beef guy would have been back ordering half dozen by now and telling everyone about my experience with my favorite choice that was made to make sure I was very happy to tell as many people as I could, even more so how fresh,delish it was 😋
