Decent food, fast service. Employees usually nice. Never had to wait more than a few minutes in the drive-thru or at the counter unless they had to make the food fresh.Dislike the renovations. Liked the place better before. Fireplace is gone.

I love this Arby’s it’s my favorite spot in Newark. Y’all know it’s fish season so I usually go for the new hush puppies 5piece fish box with some crinkles fries and a strawberry lemonadeThat’s a good time in the car :)

Worst service I’ve ever had at this location. At the drive thru. I was asked “what else” that already pissed me off.. then the attitude giving my total. That’s not it.. get to the window.. same attitude when giving her my money she snatched it and slammed my change in my hand. Then handing me my food she pretty much shoved my food at me. I loud said thank you have a good day! What happened to great customer service. I could understand if it was busy.. the other workers were standing around and one car was behind me. Just went through the drive-through got myself small chocolate shake, buffalo slider, and small curly fries.Service at the window was great, and the buffalo slider was hot, spicy hot .

Not so much about the food or service,but the fact i placed an order online Sunday at 8:40pm was there at 8;46pm for pick-up guess what they were closed when the hours are till 10pm on Sunday,how does a place take a order and i paid for it and they aren't even open,had to walk to the drive thur window and knock on it to get someone inside to tell me nothing they can do contact customer service,32 min's on the phone got asked twice was i sure they were closed?now to see how long it takes to get a refund

Aug 23, 645 pm. This place needs a new manager. Oh wait my bad - no manager on duty. Car ahead of me waited 7 minutes in the drive thru and "had words" with the girl at the window befoe finally getting a small bag and no drink. When I pulled up I was instantly chastzed for raising my voice to get someone's attention earlier at the order screen. "WE ARE SHORT HANDED" she yelled at me. "Say sorry" I replied simply. She started to yell again so I drove off
