There is a rude manager he’s short guy who closed on 9/28 Sunday night looked me up and down when I asked question, VERY RUDE ALL THE TIME AND GETS MY ORDER WRONG ON PURPOSE EVERY TIME I COME. Get him out of there!

Totally different way of making Jalapeño Pretzel. Instead of mixing jalapeño with the dough, at this location they topped the dough usually that’s not the way Aunt Annie jalapeños pretzels are!! Took 20 minutes for making one for a special order of no butter, no salt.

Just bought 3 cinnamon sugar pretzels and I noticed the way the lady working was squeezing them to I guess see how old they were... Really old was the answer but still served them. When I was leaving and checked them I noticed the granulated cinnamon sugar was cooked into a hard glaze. Go the extra distance and go to the mall or just roll down your window and throw out your money.

The worst Auntie Anne’s ,oily, taste nothing like the other auntie., it’s gross. I ordered for my son and I. $ 17.38 in the trash, I wish I can have my money back

I bought an original pretzel. The menu say $5.70. They charged my card $5.79. De does not have tax. They would not refund the 9 cents.
