If I could give our waitress 100 stars I would! she was amazing. Also, when I went to the manager to let her know how great our waitress was while I was waiting for the manager three other employees came up to me in less than a three minute time. To make sure I was being helped all extremely friendly. The manager was also extremely nice, which is why the rest of my party said when your manager is a good manager, you will have good employees. I wish I had names, but this was the Bertucci’s in Newark so you know who you are. Thank you so much for making our dinner so tremendously fun and making my granddaughter have an excellent birthday dinner.

Server was extremely forgetful with all their tables. Food took forever to come out and when it finally did it reminded me of a microwaved hotpocket. Outside was lava hot and inside was colder than the grinches heart. I had the lasagna that was apparently cooked in the brick over. First and last time ill go here.

Absolutely zero complaints about our night out at Bertucci’s! This was my first time dining in and our server Angela made it a fantastic experience. She was funny, helpful, and a complete delight all around. The food was beyond stellar for reasonable prices. Can’t wait to come back!
