To start off the service was bad and we asked for whiped cream and they gave us a Small size vio that you would use for a dip, then the server never came to check up on our table. After a while me and my daughter asked for a refill on our hot chocolate and the waiter said the hot chocolate wasn’t refillable and that we had to pay in order to refill it, we just looked confused because after several years of coming to Bob Evans they never said we had to pay for a refill.
The cranberry pecan chicken salad I had today was awesome! I like the chicken on my salads hot, not cold, and Bob Evans got it right! The dressing was freshly made, and super yummy! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

A month ago I ordered from here which is when I originally left the review again today gave it a try and was equally or more dissatisfied than before 11.00 for this and when I tried speaking to a manager I simply got there’s nothing I can do. I can have corporate send you a refund. Erghhh this words make my soul boil its not about the money but would you eat something that looks like this!?! It’s my lunch time and it’s now wasted! This is the last time I will be buying from this place

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this Bob Evans. My friend and I ordered the chicken tenders but these were the worst tenders I have ever tasted. They weren’t cut in the correct direction, so biting into them felt grainy and chewy. On top of that, they looked NOTHING like they usually look and NOTHING like the advertisements. I couldn’t even finish.
The costumer service was okay, the waiters didn’t seem like they had much experience, which is alright. Even with us all having empty glasses though, we didn’t receive one refill which was kinda disappointing because the glasses are rather small.
I won’t be going back to this location again, I’ll try my luck with Middletown instead.

Server was non existent. Took our order then didn’t see him again until he brought us our food 45 minutes later. That is when we got our breakfast order. I had to get up and find someone to bring our coffee after waiting 25 minutes because our server forgot. There was only 6 tables seated in the whole restaurant.

Arrived around 8:30 and there were very few customers. Breakfast is pretty hard to go wrong with if you stick to the basics which is what we did. I will definitely go back.

Bob Evans is always a great place. With warm friendly service, hearty portions, and an overall sense of "I'm back home on spring break" vibe, Bob Evans is that place for any meal. Not to mention the gift shop collection with the t-shirts being the best. Go to Bob Evans if you enjoy bacon and... Get piggy with it!

Breakfast quality is not what Bob Evans is known for, and it's very noticeable here and Washington DC.
The omelet i ordered was not very tasty.
I asked for a side of avocado slices, and I got mashed avocado in a little plastic cup, but it is a separate charge.
I'm picky because I paid for it to be sliced avocado and not mashed.
I guess I'm spoiled and expect quality tasting food.
Management needs to start doing the taste test before getting surveys like mine.
This is an earned rating, not just a given one.

We are traveling and thought Bob Evans was a safe bet. This place was disgraceful. We noticed first that it was dirty looking. Then there were signs in every booth and on all doors and windows advertising 3 soups or chili, by the quart to go for a low price. They only had one soup. Waited 5 min to place a drink order and another 5 after the drinks to order. Twenty min after our seating, we still had no food. Looking around, there were no more than 20 people in the whole restaurant. They was all kinds of yelling between the staff and one of them we later learned was a manager. We walked out after 30 min. If you check any reviews, they do not provide service.

A basic standard American diner. The food is ok, no complaints. The service and friendliness is exceptional.
