I love Korean food, especially Japche. But they don’t really make good Japche in my opinion. They way too overpriced for Japche.

The food is so good, for our first trip we ordered a lot of different things and we loved everything. The spicy is SPICY. The soy garlic potstickers are my favorite. Very clean and plenty of seating.

I came to pick up and had to wait 20 more minutes after the expected pick up time. Food could been better too and the bag had water on the bottom which I don't understand. Other locations are a lot better than this one.

Very great customer service. Had a few items missing from a pickup order months back and the manager followed up with my via phone to offer apologies and a credit anytime upon return. Came in and was served by the same manager with no issue on the credit. Food was fresh and tasty. Excellent example of customer service and I’ll definitely be back.

Incredibly overpriced for the quality, and quantity. Food is extremely inconsistent, no matter the time or day. 10 boneless wings with no sides = $14 in what world??Dine in environment is not welcoming at all - essentially takeout only.Employees never want to be there, and they take out their frustration on customers at all levels. On multiple occasions I have been in the restaurant within 45 minutes of closing and watched the cashier lock the door, turning customers away. With prices like these, you'd think they could afford good staff. I will likely not be choosing this location again

I am a man who does not play around when it comes to fried chicken, and this was delicious! This is NOT fast food fried chicken, this is the actual real deal! Get with the yangnyeom sauce, it’s sweet and spicy and addictive!

The food is good but the service not so much. I understand food takes time to be made especially if there are a lot of online orders. But we shouldn't have to unknowingly watch our finished order get cold as it sits on the serving window for 5+ minutes. They don't answer the phone, I sat there while the phone rang non-stop for 15 minutes

Very crunchy outside and juicy inside! I really liked the spicy flavor. You gotta eat it asap. It's best to eat the wings right away when it comes out. It gets soggy, and the taste won't be the same if you wait long.I didn't really like tteokbboki since I can make better at home lol?. It was too bland for me. It might be just too spicy, without the true flavor of tteokbokki, for many people. The rice cake will be hardened if you leave out for a long time or store it in the fridge.

Overpriced for what you get. My food came overcooked. Employees were very friendly though. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. But that's the same most places

I'm addicted to Korean fried chicken. The bulgogi fries are delicious. The japchae is fantastic. In other words, I love everything that I've eaten here. Fortunately, it's a 45-minute drive north to get this food cause I would probably eat here every other day.

I've been a fan of their fried chicken for a very long time and was extremely excited when they opened their new location 5 minutes from work. Ordered their meal specials with two sides of fried rice and street corn.. AMAZING!! I didn't even know they had fried rice and it was so good and their street corn, it's a must have item for me now with their chicken. They have perfected the consistency of cooking their crispy yet lightly battered fried chicken to perfection without being overly greasy regardless of which store you go-to. Their fried chickens are packed with flavor and juicy while being cooked thoroughly without being dry.I've eaten their fried chicken in West Chester, Baltimore, and now in Newark and I've never had a bad meal from them. Yes, their price is bit high compared to other fried chicken place around, but the difference is not significant enough for arguably the best fried chicken in the area. I'm at the point where If you don't like their chicken, then you don't like good fried chicken, period!!Fyi: eat in is not very welcoming so i guess that would be one thing i could nitpick about them.
