Service was wonderful. Sides were great and chicken was a little over cooked and could use more seasoning. I would come back. Good family deal!

It was a Sunday and they were out of several items but made up for it with items they did have. Staff was super friendly and greeted many customers by name.

Food was horrible, the quality has definitely gone down and won’t order anything from Boston Market again. It was a waste of my money. Follow up review: The food is bland, the chicken is tasteless the sweet potatoes, corn, stuffing, mashed potatoes were all bland and tasteless. Money wasted. I should’ve just cooked my own self.

No wonder all the locations in delaware are closing. This was the nastiest experience i ever had. Not only did they only give us HALF our order... the chicken was so dry we all needed water just to choke one bite down. Absolutely disgusting!! 0 out of 10 DO NOT EAT HERE

Service was great. There was one guy working alone and although it was tough he did it with a smile and didn’t complain. But….the food was awful. The mashed potatoes were ok but the Chicken was dry, the macaroni was watery and the food wasn’t hot. Oh…The restaurant smells weird! The bathroom is dirty and there wasn’t any toilet paper available. And there’s also a big hole in the ceiling that’s leaking water I assume. I hate to say it but they will be closed soon because no.

It was a one man show! One staff person doing everything! He was friendly, took care of each customer. Food was ok, they were out of a lot things, but we still left with good food. DH got ribs, broccoli, mac and sweet potatoes. I got a sandwhich and mac. We enjoyed.

This place needs to be shut down there's an odor and a smell soon as you walk in the door the decor is horrible there's a lot of dirt old paint old grease this place is absolutely horrible I do not understand why they are even open someone management or someone of the corporation needs to look into why there is only one employee during the week during the day this lady expressed to me that she's been working here for years this way as much as I enjoy Boston market I will never come back there or ever recommended to anyone else this is not a hate review but a review that needs to be noticed I am so sad to see this store in this situation

DON’T order from here. If I could negative star I would.
This evening I placed an order online and the delivery kept being pushed back until it was over two hours. They then canceled the order from provider, so on their end, after I waited that long. When I called it rang busy the first few times I tried. Once someone actually answered, the guy, named Hassan, was super rude with a tone and attitude. He claimed they had no record of me and had no clue about online orders and that they don’t do that. He then told me he was too busy to talk to me, stating I should call him back in 10-15minutes. I agreed to that. But when I waited and called back he told me I can’t keep calling and that he TOLD me to call back later. He hung up the phone on me mid sentence. And at this point I didn’t even care about the food anymore I just wanted to make sure I’m not still charged since my order says canceled by provider, and under that section it says it’s processing and to come back for order updates. Plus, my money is stuck on hold and processing in my bank account for an order I never received. This business has no customer support!!
As an updated note I had my brother call since Hassan was so rude. When he found out my brother was calling for me, his sister, after all that attitude earlier with me, he was actually half decent and explained why they canceled.He now claims a refund isn’t up to them but the driver. Mind you I didn’t know I was ordering from an outside delivery place as this was all ordered and paid through their website and I have tracking and pics to prove it. But now suddenly he knows what happened to my order and can explain it all because my brother was the one talking to him. So clearly they don’t talk to women respectively. This place is terrible! I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money and time and go somewhere with better service.
