This food was absolutely delicious! My only complaint was that I didn't get a third helping of sweet potatoes!

Walked in and right back out. The glass doors had not been cleaned for days and the building smelled like sewer problems. A portion of the ceiling tiles was missing due to roof leaking. I so badly wanted to have a good experience but it was so disappointing.The parking lot has to be fixed, it is in bad shape.

The food was delicious! However, the service was very slow. There were 4 customers and 3 workers, yet it took 20 minutes to get my food!

Stay away! Disgusting to say the least. Filthy dirty! I wish I checked out the place before I ordered. Nothing is being sanitized! Tables were filthy, floors were filthy even the ceiling, windows just filth. After I paid for a unsweetened tea the machine was empty, we told a worker and they did not about it. I pray my family and I don't get sick.

This Boston market is re-Deculus I’ve had two issues with this Boston market the first issue was backdated on Mother’s Day where I ordered $38 worth of food and we’re supposed to get it delivered to my residence when GrubHub arrived I got a text message saying that they did not have my order done and I put my order in around 12 noon and was supposed to receive it around five I called Boston market to find out what was the complications and the person who picked up the phone stated to me that he did not have enough food to supply my meals so I told him he can replace whatever he needed to and he agreed on it and told me to call GrubHub back so I called them back and this was sent back out for the second time I received a text from GrubHub stating that they didn’t have my order at all and I call Boston market bank and they said that they canceled all delivery orders but never have I receive my money back at all I attempted to reach out to Boston market headquarters where you can only complain through email and I have not received any feedback back at all now on the second time marks for today August 4 at 1:44 and the store is close the sign does not say why it is closed with no explanation at all

Disgusting place. Staff very unfriendly and we felt we were interrupting their time to serve us. Did not have anything we asked for but we were not informed until after we had paid. Did not have anything that the person behind us wanted also. My daughter found ants in her drink. I immediately insisted on a refund - not one apology from any of the staff. I wonder if the owner knows how the place is being run when they are not around. I will never put a foot in this place again.

Their online hours vary from when they're actually open. They have frequently not had items that you can still purchase online. You're able to place orders online for pickup during hours they aren't open.

We stood in there for over 20 mins and not 1 person spoke to us there was like 6 people in there. There was guys outside talkin to some girl in a car it was crazy dont waste your time here

Boston Market is usually a great place to eat but this one place definitely needs new employees I would not recommend going there

ALERT : HIGH SODIUM! According to their menu, almost everything has an excess of sodium. Makes you feel like you're going to have a heart attack if you eat there. Bad for business. Management needs to find food that tastes good without all that sodium. Otherwise, their employees will be out of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this Boston Market with my husband and first of all this place smelled like Pine-Sol. There was a big bottle of hand sanitizer in with the sodas. The sides looked like they had been sitting there all day. Staff was extremely rude and slow. They allowed my husband to order what he wanted (they gave him an attitude while doing it) and I went to order a chicken pot pie, I was told "We ain't got none" so I went to order something else, I was told to get in the back of line!!!!! The whole time the staff acted like they didn't want us there. I will not visit this place again and I suggest you do the same. I truly don't know how they stay in business.
