Came in on halloween. The place to sit is the best part. Baristas obviously would rather be anywhere else but at work. Like why are you gonna dress up in costume just to look miserable anyway? Haven't had a chance to try the coffee yet but the fruit smoothie I got was horrible I'm sorry. If you don't drink the whole thing in 5 minutes you get this syrupy clumpy nasty mess. Couldn't even finish it. Made my stomach hurt.

Best Traditional Macchiato on the East Coast.
I've been coming back here at least once a year (have since moved away) for years because the house espresso is THAT GOOD.
I do have a quibble - having your drink in a ceramic cup effects the mouth feel of a small drink, so when they made my Macchiato in a paper cup I was really bummed. I get doing dishes at closing is a pain, but so is drinking a lukewarm macchiato with a chalky taste because everything went weird.
I'll be back - but only in the AM.

cozy vibes and good coffee
Hard to find from main street, small sign on the door next to CVS and then you take the stairs up!
Good coffee and food!

Four stars only because it takes forever to get some food. Don't get me wrong, I understand why, but if you're in a hurry, order online with time to spare. I waited 20 minutes for a plain bagel with cream cheese. Other patrons were happy to wait and were chilling while doing so. I get it. But if you're in any kind of rush, just order for pickup.

We moved to Newark a few months ago and this quickly became our go-to Sunday spot. Staff is friendly, coffee is great, and food is amazing. I always get an iced Force and the Meadow on ciabatta. Don’t pass this place up!

Misnomers galore! My newest discovery - the "smoothies" are actually slushies! And I had the misfortune of trying one only to get... extremely sweet juice concentrate with blended ice. The staff are doing their best but they are clearly understaffed.

I liked this Brew Ha Ha but prefer the Greenville location, it's not their fault but paying for parking is not ideal when you're already about to spend money...it just makes you to aware of the time and spend less time enjoying the vibes!
