Very disappointing experience. We went for Mother's Day and the place was noisy and kaotic. We did not have utensils and had to ask 3 different staff members before receiving. It took at least 10 mins before they realized they were out of what we ordered. They forgot to include the chicken in my pasta order and my husband's pork chops were not fully cooked. Maybe it was just a busy day but I will not be returning.

It was Mother's Day so it was crowded. We sat along with other diners for a very long time. For us, we waited for water and a full hour while they baked bread. Our food came over an hour after ordering. The waitress forgot an item and I didn't realize she brought the dinner plate rather than the side that I thought I had ordered, which was as double the price. It was so loud that we couldn't talk. The food was good but the experience left us all grumpy. Oh and they could only divide the check 3 ways which led to chaos, too. I would never go back for a holiday meal. They can't handle the crowds!

A few of our orders were incorrect and the server not the waitress argued with us. It took almost 2 hours for the food and it was overcooked on 4 meals and only 1 returned the meal and again took another 45 minutes and he couldn't even eat it after well over 2 hours to even get the courses. Half of the food wasn't edible but after the one was sent back and it took way too long we left. The chef came out but not the manager and still took forever. The one meal was given for free but no professionalism. This place has gone way down hill and we will never return. Had a 2 year old where we asked for her food as soon as it was done but they brought it with the rest of us. Also our food sat under the heat lamps for over 30 minutes; we were right by there to see it. Only got 1 drink because I couldn't find anyone.

The wine list was exceptional. Food was great and couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.

Drinks were not good, however the wine selection was solid. Calamari was inedible. Lamb chops were great and the paata was delicious! Service was very good. Restaurant looks very worn and could use an update or refresh.

As always, the food was excellent. Our server went out of her way to help. Everything was wonderful.

Made a reservation for Saturday night. We arrived 15 minutes early but were seated promptly at a booth as requested. There was a large group in their private room, and several large parties throughout the dining room. Our server, Erin, greeted us promptly and took our orders. She then brought us fresh sourdough bread and waters while waiting for our bar drinks. We ordered an Aperol spritz and Brio martini (dirty) from the bar. For our meals we ordered chopped salads (not on the menu anymore but still our favorite), Spaghetti Pomodoro and Chicken and Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo. Because of the large number of people in the restaurant we expected to wait longer than usual for our food and drinks. After our salads were served Erin stopped by every few minutes to keep us informed on the status of our meal. A few minutes later our drinks arrived. Both were expertly prepared and very tasty. There was a longer delay than usual between receiving our salads and the our entrees, but it was not excessive. The entire staff displayed great teamwork, helping each other and bringing food and drinks to all of the tables. Our entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious! We ordered items that we've eaten several times before, and the quality and taste of the preparations was the same as when the restaurant was far less crowded. Kudos to the kitchen for sending out consistent quality and taste across the board! We had a great meal with great service despite the crowds. Can't wait for our next visit!

Of course the shrimp and eggplant is amazing but tried the steak salad and it did not disappoint, drinks were great and so was the service from hostess to server!!

We found the food mid. The service was amazing. The pasta was heavy on tomato and masked the taste of other ingredients. The chicken was grilled well but lacked flavor. Overall an average experience.

Had a retirement dinner party at Brio last night. My experience planning with Christine, the Regional Sales Manager and with Miranda, one of the Managers at Brio was beyond my expectations. They were both a pleasure to work with. Miranda did a great job preparing the room and was available with her charming smile everytime we needed her! Our servers; Lawrence, Sofia and Erin were just as wonderful! Shoutout to Erin for helping me connect Smartview with the TV when we had a technical glich!! If you need to plan a party and need a private room for 50 people or less, with delish food, drinks that are not watered down, and great customer service, I highly recommend Brio!!
