Very rude bald white man with tattoos working here - horrible service, slammed the window on us

The person inside want to tell us to get our dog down ( ground was too hot and she climbed on the bench) . He just knocked on door and signalled us to get dog down (felt rude ) while better way should have been to just open window and tell us the same .

At all their windows they have a sign that can be ordered at any of the windows, I was waiting at one of them and at no time did they tell me that I could not wait there, they attended customers at the other windows and laughed when they looked at me.
We went with friends tonight- the girl with the curly hair was very rude to my friends daughter (10) over whether or not she ordered a cone instead of a cup. Terrible customer service- arguing back and forth with a 10 yr old because you didn’t hear her or wrote it down wrong…

Ice cream is great but has gotten entirely too expensive! 1 childrens cup and 1 regular cup was over $12!!! Ridiculous
