I Received excellent service! There was an especially sweet young lady named leigha she has exceptional customer service...she always remembers my order and makes it exactly the way I like it! Keep up the good work! I'll definitely keep coming back to the Bear route 40 location for smiles and treats!

We stood in line for 5 minutes and when it was our turn the guy shut the window in our face and told us to go stand in a line that already had many people in it. We left and won't be back when you are treated that rudely

I went with my family today because we got a $50 gift card from our neighbor. I don’t like going to Brusters because how expensive they are and the small scoops they give you. We came because of the gift card. Our order came up to $18.50, I gave the girl our card and she swiped and swiped and swiped. She finally asked her manager a question and then gave me my card back. I asked can you see what’s left because you swiped quite a bit. She asked her manager and she showed her and told me $10.80? The math ain’t mathing. I asked to speak to the manager because this was inaccurate, well the manager was useless saying that was the remaining balance and the other 50 million swipes did not effect my balance I said clearly it did because this was our first time using the gift card. She asked me for the receipt of the gift card, I repeated again it was a gift but the paperback that the card came with had $50 on it. So basically they robbed us and the infant scoops that we got for the price charged really just took me over the edge. I asked for my card back and I gave it to the next customer to use. I will never go back there again. UDairy Creamery has amazing ice cream and I have to tell them just one scoop because their one scoop is worth the price. It’s right down the road and you get to see the cows and some of the gardening the students have done

I have no words for the amount of disrespect and humiliation encountered at this facility today I’m completely shocked and traumatized my child had to witness this. I ordered my usual amount of scoops in my usual size cones the employee verbalized she understood I paid with my credit card. We picked up our order at the third window sat down as me and the kids are enjoying our ice cream the employee motions me to come to the window . I see another cone with several scoops of ice cream.She states this is the ice cream you ordered I tell her no I order a large cone with one scope of each flavor.She then gets hostile and starts to verbally abuse me in front of my children her coworker calms her down. Her coworker essentially tells me there’s nothing she can do. Knowing my children are watching I sit down and eat my cone. After some time I stand and ask a different employee calmly if I can speak to a manager other employees chime in saying no I cannot… she’s not available… one of them even saying it’s a secret.I then tell them it’s unreasonable to give me attitude and play mindless games when it was them who messed up my order and it is unfair to charge for a service or good a customer did not request.The white or white passing employee then asked me to bring the other cone I did not eat to see what she could do about it. I gave it to her, she placed it in the fridge looked me straight in my eyes as my children watched and asked me why “can I help you?”, why are you still here?, do you need something? Are you going to order?,are you picking up” with a straight face as if she did not tell me a few seconds ago to hand her the ice cream to see what she could do for me.This staff played many mind games, gave many excuses, even took my personal information and number…Just to humiliate me in-front of many people, my own children and charge me for something I did not order.

The service was great and the ice cream was fantastic. I got some ice cream sandwiches for my grandkids which are so big and good the kids loved them!!!!! The server was very knowledgeable of the different flavors and will let you taste each flavor if you like. Everyone should visit and post their experience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was unsure if the lady saw me so I tapped on the glass. The cashier was very agressive and I’ll never be doing service here AGAIN . Please give her some customer service training so that customers feel welcomed.
