The person inside want to tell us to get our dog down ( ground was too hot and she climbed on the bench) . He just knocked on door and signalled us to get dog down (felt rude ) while better way should have been to just open window and tell us the same .
I love Bruster’s and this time didn’t disappoint! I feel they have the best ice cream & choices to pick from. To top it off the employee who waited on me was awesome! Highly recommend!
I Received excellent service! There was an especially sweet young lady named leigha she has exceptional customer service...she always remembers my order and makes it exactly the way I like it! Keep up the good work! I'll definitely keep coming back to the Bear route 40 location for smiles and treats!
