I called in and order and spoke with Anthony. He was very polite and professional and repeated my order to ensure it was correct. When I arrived, I only had to wait about 1 minute for my order to be ready. Great staff and great service. Can't forget the kitchen crew doing an amazing job as well.

Came here for a birthday dinner for my son (his choice - I would have never come otherwise, and this experience proved exactly why). We were seated around 3:15 in the indoor/outdoor area where the servers are also the bar tenders (poor organization/management). Our food came out at 5pm. My tenders were barely warm, the fries were cold, luckily I had saved a side of ranch from the apps or else I would have not had any sauces. The beer was tinny, and the service left a lot to be desired, only attended to when absolutely necessary. I’ll never understand why places like this are so popular but my money could be much better spent elsewhere which is why I’ll only continue to come here when absolutely necessary

This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in New Castle county. I came here at 9:27pm it is now 10:10pm and my food still isn’t up. As a matter of a fact my food just came out as I was writing this post. I came here last football season and the customer service was trash. If you want to save yourself the headache. Just go and fry your own chicken at home. To make matters worst I came here by myself, and still waited by 40 minutes.

We came to celebrate an accomplishment for someone. We had a server named Dominique, he was top notch for real! He was attentive to our needs, made sure we had enough time make our food choices, explained dishes for food allergy prevention, and he's wonderful interacting with kids to make sure they get the specific things they wanted. Thx Dom!

The food was cold they warmed up the hamburgers not fresh the fries were also cold and then they re fried the same ones tasted like oil the strawberry lemo ade was warm and flat the person at the pick place was very cold and had to ask for utensils and straws the food was horrible and service also

Didn’t help from Employees. I’m waited for long time, around 25mins. Order is ready in front of system shows. But they didn’t help me.

I love their wings but I still have yet to try and salad as the 2 times I've ordered one, I never received it.

If they didn't have sports on a big screen and beer, nobody would ever go in there. There's more breading then there is wings. The fries taste like they bought the overcooked rejects from McDonald's.

Terrible managers. That place has gone down hill

First time at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. We have been to several others, so we decided to stop in here while in the area. The service was slower than other locations but they had just finished up with a large party. The food was good, as usual. We had the cheeseburger, salad and boneless wings. I like using their app since I always earn enough points for something free. The prices are also good, and less expensive than other restaurants in this category. This location seemed new and was clean and spacious.

Greeted by a hostess is that’s what you wanna call it. No hello ; no smile , no sense of wanting to be there at all, was sat down ; our waitress was wonderful & cheerful. That was the only highlight of this visit. The food took 35 min to come out ( mid day). Not busy. Unclear why so long but ok; issue now is that EVERYTHING other then the FF ordered came out like warm. How do you wait 35 min for the order to come out and it’s barely like warm you ask? And instead of mentioning the pure lack of caring about what’s being served. I didn’t want to extend my visit here any longer so pushed through and finish my meal without a peep. Will not be back.
