This location sucks. The restaurant is always cold and so is the food. They skimp on sauce at every location in delaware but they are owned by same company.

Well, I now know why you shouldn't order anything.But wings at buffalo wild wings. The french fries were good, but I ordered the beer cheese cheesesteak and it was awful. It was overcooked to the point that it tasted crunchy.It tasted awful, not to mention, it was like fifteen dollars.And the size of a hot dog roll. Lesson learned! Should have ordered the wings.They're always good.

This location has terrible customer service. There were several things wrong with our order so we called to see what they could do to fix it. The manager said they would replace it if we came back to the store, but when we got there, they hadn’t even started to make the new order. They also insinuated that they would only exchange it if we brought the original order back as well as if they were going to resell food that had been taken off premises. 🤢 The manager was very unprofessional and even thought we drove 40 minutes out of the way, we didn’t even get the order fixed. Won’t be returning

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was asked if we were dinning in. When we responded yes, we were told to sit at the bar.

After waiting a long time for service, the bartender approached, gave us menus, and we politely asked if she could wipe the table down. It was just two of us and we had picked the smallest table available, even though it needed to be wiped down. She rudely responded with “you picked the only dirty table to sit at. Pick a different one that is clean, you can sit over there” and points to a 6 top.

As we had already waited so long, and had been treated poorly, we opted to leave and go to another location.

2nd time in 3 weeks. Ordered take out. Wrong sauce in wings, 5 wings instead of 6 ordered. Missing dips. Then they want us to come back within the same shift to get $10 gift card. Get your wings somewhere else!

Thanks for your response and providing a link that does not exist. It keeps getting worse!! Not sure if you have tried to execute the steps you are asking your customers to follow on your FAQ page.

Don't waste your time ... went in for dinner on a Monday night. Good part is we were seated right away, bar was busy for happy hour but dining room was not - there were 2 other tables. We waited 20 minutes without seeing anyone so we stood up to look around, and after 25 minutes we just left.

Our server at the bar was awesome. Great human being. But we ordered two 6 packs of wings and it took 20 minutes. Somehow only one out of six of mine was actually hot temperature wise.
