Made super simple order. 10 wings and fries and picked 2 sauces to go. Apparently reading is hard. I get all the way back home and they just put what ever sauce they want. But for $20 I have some cold food I get to eat 👍🏼

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite being one of only five patrons in the establishment, the six employees present seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When I approached the bar, I found it unattended, with two employees nearby engaged in conversation and ignoring customers. It was frustrating to see patrons eager to place orders, yet no staff members were willing to take them. As a result, no drinks or food were purchased, and everyone, including myself, decided to leave. The staff appeared more interested in chatting with each other than in providing customer service. Given this level of service, I find it hard to believe this restaurant will stay in business for long. I hope the owner, whoever they may be, takes note and makes the necessary changes to improve the customer experience.L

You ask two different servers for assistance. They change it to the wrong game. Was never fixed. Meanwhile the game ends (because you can see on your phone the final score) and you still haven’t been served the wings you ordered. At a WING restaurant. How long is too long to wait for wings? We’re 45 minutes in and still don’t have wings. At a wing restaurant. Dumbfounded. The joke on us is we only came here for the game. This experience is not worth the price.

This store is horrible. Ordered online and was given a time 40 minutes later. Got there at that time and had to wait 49 more minutes for one order of 15 wings. This place SUCKS!

Party of 10 dine-in for dinner. Waited 2 hours for everything to come out cold. Had to wait even longer for two BLTs that were missing lettuce. The staff was very friendly and the manager made it right for us, but I would have rather had the time back and better quality of food.
