so i dont eat at bdubs, and im not here to review the food. im reviewing bc the service here was so lovely and i felt so comfortable here. my scooter broke down on june 24th, 2024 while on my way home, and i went into bdubs to take shelter from the heat. a woman named bree asked me if i was okay and got me a water bc, again, it was rly hot out, and she kept me comfortable while waiting for my mom to pick me up. bree if you see this, you made someone's day significantly better....
We were definitely disappointed with our visit on 1/28/24. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy, there were maybe 5-6 other tables occupied, and we were told we could sit wherever we wanted to. We waited more than 10 minutes for someone to finally take drink orders, with staff standing at the front counter and the bar chatting with each other. Once we ordered food it was nearly an hour before it came out.
Go here once a month with a bunch of guys. I stopped ordering wings and only get their burgers now which are great. I love wings and think they have some great wing flavors, but wing sizes for the money are ridiculously small compared to other places I get wings.
