Don't believe the menu listed here. This is a Burger King Express. They don't have the Eggnormous burrito or iced tea. No idea how many other items they don't have.

They show there are 24 hour open but we went there at 12 they told us we are close , if you are actually close you need to update your hours and also the employee told us that they are just cleaners

Slow service, decent food

I ordered for take out with sufficient time to be ready today while my bus made a quick stop, but they served first the order of another person who ordered after me. I said to the cashier that my bus was departing in 4 minutes and asked how many minutes more a she said in 2 minutes while she was watching her phone, but the time that the bus driver gave us was over and it wasn’t ready my order yet, so asked for my fries and soda and still she gave me the wrong size tap for my soda, I was hoping to have something to eat from my long way to home and this is what happened, I left hungry and angry ?

I don’t know about the food because after 50 min of waiting for the food we decided to leave… unbelievable that they take orders without letting the people know it will take more than 1 hour to get the food! And this is supposed to be a fast food place…

Terrible service. Ordered two things of 8 piece chicken nuggets which is supposed to come with 4 sauces (2 per order). There were 0 in the bag. When I went to the counter to get the sauces, the lady working was incredibly rude. She refused to give me the 4 sauces included in my order and the sauces she gave me weren’t even the right ones. When I pointed this out she rolled her eyes and handed me two more incorrect sauces (taking away the first wrong ones cuz for some reason she wouldn’t give me 4) Eventually I just relented and took what she gave me cause it wasn’t worth the fight. Also this was literally on Christmas Day. Love to see everyone in the holiday spirit. Do better.

What a racket! We stopped here for breakfast to go as we drove north from Baltimore to Boston. I wanted to pay cash but the self-serve kiosks only worked with credit cards. Long story short, we got our order and drove away. Once on the highway, we saw BK did not give us one of our items. Given the itinerant nature of their clientele, I wondered how many other through travelers were also ripped off. I called the next day to ask for a refund. It took four phone calls to get the assistant manager. The assistant manager told me that there was no way they could issue a refund. What!?!?!? She told me to drive down to Newark and they would be happy to give me the item I did not receive. Like I said, what a racket! I told the manager that was unacceptable and that I demanded a refund. Again, she repeated that there was no way they could do that. When I threatened to post my complaint on social media, Trip Advisor, and even write to BK's corporate office, she panicked. She put me on hold for a minute. She came back and promised me that the manager (who was out on Monday and Tuesday) would call me on Wednesday. Guess what? The manager did not call. But I kind of knew that already. I called the manager today and told him my sad story. He also told me there was no way they could issue a refund. I told him I found that hard to believe. He insisted that was the case. He said they did not keep credit card numbers on file. I told him I would be happy to give him the number so he could issue a credit. He said that he had to have the physical card in order to issue a refund. So, I caught them telling me a lie - they CAN issue refunds! At that point, I told him to write me a check for the amount. He took my address and said a money order would be written in a few days. To be honest, I don't think a money order will arrive. For starters, he never got my name. Second, given the racket they have running, I don't think a MO will ever be written. Given this tale of woe, I decided to post this on TA. I'm also going to write to the corporate office as well as the folks who run the travel center. I learned the hard way. I'm never going to that BK again. And I would advise you to do the same.

The young girl who works at the front counter is the most depressed downer of a human I have ever encountered. She needs to learn customer service skills, her hat covered her eyes and she wouldn't even look up. She needs to learn not to mumble and speak clearly. The older lady however who served us our meals was lovely. She should probably be the one serving the customers and the young girl put out the back where she can't be seen.

Terrible service. They deliberately slowed down when we asked if our food would be done soon since we had to get back on our bus (not like we ordered 5 minutes before the bus was leaving). They had an attitude, and then continued to go slower. Avoid if you want to get your food any time in the same year.
