This particular Burger King, was pretty decent. The lady who took my order was very clear. Made sure I had options available to me, and when I got around to the drive-thru to pay for my food she was very prompt. Very professional. And I can appreciate that. Food was very well put together. It was hot. My Hershey Sunday pie was chilled to perfection. I have to say I have no complaints

I waited for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in line. Absolutely ridiculous and then when I asked how long the delay would be once I ordered they refused to answer. It’s FAST food. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes when it’s not busy

Yesterday at 330pm I arrived at the drive thru, the customer service rep was extremely busy with the 3 cars ahead with giving out food and also taking payments. Once she took our order and I drove to the 2nd window, I was extremely surprised to see the Manager doing it all by herself. She not only did an excellent job, we received fresh hot fries with our order, which is very uncommon for a 330 afternoon order..... Kudos to the Manager (wish I caught her name) she needs a raise and help at the store!!!!
