My fiance came today about 12:30p.m 1p.m to order three turkey subs, he order two plain and watched them mess them up twice by the third time he had given up and hoped they were right but unfortunately he got home and neither of the two he ordered without vegetables both had onion lettuce and tomato. We haven't been to the establishment in a while for this exact reason prior and tried to give them another try. Unfortunately we were sadly disappointed yet again with the lack of accuracy to what was ordered.

My boyfriend & I decided to give this place a try & we were very disappointed. The sandwiches we ordered were cold & lacked flavor & they barely had any meat. Definitely wasted our money. We would have been better off going to McDonald's.

Ordered a medium Bobbie and meatball sandwiches. Absolutely no turkey. I think I got a stuffing sandwich. Way too expensive especially with delivery fees.

Their fresh turkey subs are outstanding. I prefer Casapulla's for cheese steaks, though. Capriotti's steaks are missing that great flavor I grew up

Former longtime Delaware resident, looking forward to Capriotti's sandwich while passing thru on business. Did my best to arrive just before closing. Only to walk-in, with the "Open" sign still lit, and a staff member says they closed at six while literally pointing at a store clock that reads "5:59." When I pointed that out, she pulls out her phone that reads "6:00"... anything to get out of one more sandwich for a once loyal customer. Guess that's the difference between Capriotti's and Wawa.

I called the location 25 minutes before they closed to place an order no one pick up I pulled up and the lights were off but the open sign was still on. I watches the man walked to the front and pull the sign to turn it off at 8

Great subs, fast service, good chip options and drinks. My husband's favorite sandwich shop, have visited in Las Vegas, too! Thanks for a great lunch.

Just picked up 4 subs. Two wereLarge Turkey. This franchise has gone completely downhill. $22 for a large sub and basically it has zero turkey. All tomatoes and cheese. See pictures. This used to be a quality sub. It’s now a joke. Go elsewhere.

Called 4 times to order a cheese steak today for my mother 5/18/2023 at 728p no one answered the phone. So when I pulled up to the store I asked the store manager Tiffani was in the lobby removing trash she asked me how was my day I said ok. I informed her that I called 4 times and no one answered. She stated that they cut their phones off at a certain time because they are about to close. Now mine you their store doesn't close until 8p and I do understand that they have to clean up and breakdown the grill. But their is no excuse for cutting off the phones. How are customers supposed to rectify a situation if yall messed up on their order or if they wanted to order food or they left something in your establishment? It just doesn't make sense that yall make the customers drive all they way to the store because someone doesn't want to do their job and answer the phone. This is the first I have ever heard of this so called policy at Capriottis.

Excellent hoagies. A little costly but worth it. A Delaware institution. Great bread. You have no idea how much mediocre bread can ruin a hoagie.Parking: Parking always easy.

I know better than to expect anything but sub-par food here. But I had small hopes. I bought the American Wagyu French Dip.It looks nothing even close to the photos; one single layer of burnt edge pieces of beef, smothered in salt. The Jus that comes with it is liquid brown salt, with a touch of beef flavour.

Large turkey sub, paid for extra turkey(because they don't make it the same since franchising) and it looked like turkey spread. I brought it back and the manager corrected the bread sandwich, making it personally. Too $$$ for nothing. I go to a local shop now
