First time trying this place and absolutely terrrible. Will never go back. Food took forever to cook and they were very disorganized taking orders. Normally i would get a regular cheesesteak but since the 12 inch was 17 dollars i went with the 6 inch for 11 dollars. There was a tiny bit if meat and barely any cheese or onions. The meat was chewy and the roll was so small and tasted stale. Took about three bites to eat the whole sandwich. Terrible retaurant and overpriced for awful food and minimal portions.
This is the last time I'll be ordering. The service is awful. The foods quality has gone down hill. The price has gone up. 45 bucks for 3 subs and poor service, the last 3 times! No thanks! The other most recent reviews are similar. Something has changed.

Good quality subs and steaks....They've never been loaded or skimpy, but fair....they seemed to of stayed with the same quality and quantity, just prices have really climbed. Of course, that's no fault of theirs. I would actually prefer that the product stays consistent and not shrink or use an inferior meat for the illusion that we're not all dealing with inflation. Casapulla's was known for good quality sandwiches, I'm glad they recognize their niche, we just need to adjust to the reality of that costs more.
I'd also like to include, I've never been there (50 years between Elsmere and Glasgow) and gotten bad service. The staff is always courteous and probably batting .999 on the order being complete and correct. Unheard of in this day and age.

Use to be our favorite sub shop. Has gone down hill. last four visits our orders have been wrong. Things on the subs we did not ask for and the things we actually did ask for not on the subs at all. Portions have gotten smaller. They seem to have nothing but kids working and they don't seem like they want to be there. Wait times are longer than ever, even when you are the only person there. Placed an order for two subs and took 45 min.... time to start looking around I guess.

Went in and ordered at Hot Meatball Sandwich. When I picked up the bag I asked the cashier (who made my sandwich) twice if it was hot. Both times I was told yes. Got home, the roll was cold, the cheese was cold and unmelted thus dropping the temperature of the meatballs to Luke warm. Worst hot meatball sandwich EVER. Won't waste my money on this again.
