Went in and ordered at Hot Meatball Sandwich. When I picked up the bag I asked the cashier (who made my sandwich) twice if it was hot. Both times I was told yes. Got home, the roll was cold, the cheese was cold and unmelted thus dropping the temperature of the meatballs to Luke warm. Worst hot meatball sandwich EVER. Won't waste my money on this again.

I ordered two sandwiches today after not going there for several years and was very disappointed. The cheese steak tasted like cheap steakums with no seasoning at all. The chicken cheese steak had no taste and hardly no chicken and a ton of sweet peppers. This place has gone down considerably especially with the prices the charge now.
