I ordered two sandwiches today after not going there for several years and was very disappointed. The cheese steak tasted like cheap steakums with no seasoning at all. The chicken cheese steak had no taste and hardly no chicken and a ton of sweet peppers. This place has gone down considerably especially with the prices the charge now.

Poor service leads to poor quality. When you turn your business over to a bunch of teenagres who arent trained you should expect customer disappointment. Food is slapped together vs prepared with pride. Once a great place. I watched 2 separate customers request a refund in less than 30 minutes.

my review is o went there yesterday for my company first of all the lady in my office and i got baby chicken cheese steak and got order french fries they charged us 17 45 each you could not even taste chicken looked at sandwich and there very little chicken called back and complained they didnt care said they put 5oz of meat on sandwich well they must recalculate scale because whole sandwich didnt weigh 5oz my company spent 78.00 dollars there but never again how many more people are going to boycott they keep screwing the public and guess what your out of business

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an Italian sub a few weeks ago with bad salami that I had to take off. Gave them a second chance and got soggy inedible onion rings and a cheesesteak that was supposed to have ketchup and fried onions and it had neither. Had to put my own ketchup on when I got home and threw half away because it tasted like it had been sitting all day. Joe Casapulla used to run this place like his parents in Elsmere, but it has gone way downhill. No more chances.

Ordered 4 steaks on Friday. Worst I had in Delaware and I’ve had a good cheese steak from here in the past. The beef Cheese steak taste like undercooked steakem. The chicken cheese steak had very little meat. Overall very disappointing and again I’ve had good experiences in the past. I’m not sure what happened. I won’t be going back.

One thing I hate is to find hair in my food. I purchased a chicken cheese steak with frie onions and ketchup. I took a bite out of the sandwich and a long piece of blond hair got stuck between my tooth from the sandwich. It was not my hair because my hair is short. I thought I would be sick. What happened to cooks covering up their hair. This is sickening.
