Ordered a large cheese steak with mushrooms and the sandwich seemed tainted, either the mushrooms were old or the onions were rancid. With the 3.5 percent surcharge for using plastic and the rancid taste I will never return to this joint. The owner is rude and a ripoff artist in my opinion.

Ordered Italian hoagie and mozz sticks...i think 4 mozz sticks for $6 is a bit crappy and they didn't put any sauce in the bag. Hoagie was good

On 5/22/20, my husband picked up 2 large Italian subs with prosciutto/sharp provolone and a large Imported ham sub. The Italian is very good especially with oil/balsamic dressing on it. However, what they don’t tell you is that you’re charged for anything you get on the side, such as hot peppers, etc. The small charge is for any containers. They also charged him for using a debit/credit card. In this instance, the charge was $1.71 which brought our total to $41.71. He signed the receipt however didn’t put a line through the tip area which he generally always does. Later that night, he happened to check transactions against the card. The total amount billed to our card was $50.05. Someone took it upon themselves to add a 20% tip of $8.34. My husband called immediately and ultimately that $8.34 was refunded, however, it’s perhaps illegal but definitely unethical. He told the manager he spoke with to find out who’s stealing from their customers. Unfortunately, we’ll find another Casapulla’s because we don’t believe this is the first time it has happened to us, just the first time we realized what occurred. Just a heads up to our experience!

Ordered large mushroom cheese steak with pepper and ketchup. What I got, was mushroom cheese Steak, without ketchup and with extra peppers! Nothing's worse than getting home and being disappointed for 12.85! Not a happy customer. Can't taste the steak only peppers.

Just had to pay $5 (about 40% of the total cost...) extra because I ordered all of the toppings on the side for a large Italian. It was explained that they have to pay for the two bags for lettuce and tomato and three souffle cups to put the sweet/hot peppers and pickles is.
