Ok, so I love CAVA. I eat there once a week but in Jersey or PA. I happened to stop here for dinner at 5pm on a Sunday. It was crowded. Ok no biggie. But everyone just seemed miserable. Toppings mixed together due to volume. And they were giving away free items to rate them a 5 star. They literally held up the line to have someone put in a review for free pita and a soda. As you can see, all 5 star recent reviews are referencing the same people. Not a true representation of this store. Bathroom was in shambles. Soda machine out. Juices empty. Ice overflowing. Just a complete mess. And there had to be 12 people working.
