Santos was Rude !!!
Really really rude … I ordered Ultimate fries with cheese on side because my daughter is allergic to dairy. He mixed it and when I told him that she cannot have it, he mentioned - He cannot replace it or make an other one and it’s not his problem. Really!!! I paid for the food . Even if it’s a charity you cannot behave like that. Sad to see people like this ruin the reputation of an entire franchise.

Rudy helped me out finally. Thanks to you brother. Sorry you have to work with people like these .

I ordered online for pick up at Christian mall asked for my teriyaki cheese steak plain and they put ranch on it I live 35 minutes away and now they are closed what a waste bc I can’t have ranch now I have to go all the way back to the mall to get matter resolved the phone number on the receipt isn’t the right phone number and the one listed online isn’t a working phone number imagine that!! This is ridiculous my dinner was wasted and now I have to figure out what too eat now that plan A went to shit thanks Charley’s for the great experience

I just received a cheesesteak from here via grub hub. It was too expensive for it to taste so bland and average. It was also quite thin. I’m disappointed and will not try Charley’s again.

Second time where someone in my household has gotten specifically a cheese steak and within a hour of consuming it throwing up two separate occasions. Just no good

Love! My favorite is the bacon 3 cheese and every time I order it, it’s perfect. Every now and then I get the bacon cheese fries and they are a true guilt pleasure. Also the customer service is great never had an issue. Very friendly. Awesome food

Good cheesesteak for a chain outlet at the food court. Chicken tariyaki (gotta admit those pre-pandemic samples hooked me in) and good ol' Philly. It's the closest to Philly quality you're gonna get out of a chain.

stopped by food court and this caught my attention. filled with topics, very juicy, and good seasonings.

Everyone there was professional, the food quality wasn't terrible but was disappointing. I got the large Philly cheese steak. It just tasted so bland.

stopped by charley’s for lunch at the mall. the cheesesteak and fries were quite pricey and the portions were a bit small. still, the service was very quick - food was delivered within a few minutes of ordering. in my opinion, the cheesesteak was a bit dry and could have used a little more cheese. but, it was highly customizable since they make it to order, which was very nice. the fries were rather mediocre, but i didn’t expect much from a cheesesteak store. would recommend if you’re craving a cheesesteak :)

Excellent sandwich.

I have only have bought food here 3 times and there's a reason why... no one can simply make or get the order right, I had specifically asked for Gourmet fries with bacon and they figure or they add toppings that aren't supposed to be on you're cheesesteak. Either repeat the order or ask for me to speak up but this is definitely the last time I'll be coming here.
