They are constantly messing up TO GO orders. On two separate occasions they botched my order and I had to drive back to the establishment to get my order corrected. But their food is very good!

My wife & I called in for a nice New Years eve dinner 15 minutes b4 I got there. I excepted a wait because its New years eve, but nope wasn't busy. I still waited for 45 minutes for my food. No manager asked what I was waiting for nothing. Plus I pre-paid n tipped but after that long wait I asked for a refund. They took another 15-20 minutes to give me back my cash. Smh. Worst take out service ever. I probably could have dine in and got my food faster. Because food was going out but not my food. Never again. The worst carry out service ever. It's a shame because I like this place. Poor management service, poor food service, & poor customer service

As I see on the reviews I'm not the only one the has problems with the carry out. Corporate needs to take a look into their carryout in this region because its horrible. Can't imagine if you door dash there. How long will the wait be then. Gotta do better. Unacceptable

Our group of 5 adults and 2 young kids fit snugly in a large booth. We ordered kids meals and an appetizer from on the on-table point of sale terminal and those came out fairly quickly. The rest of the items were ordered from the waitress and took much longer. The food was average at best. Not sure why croissants need to be covered in sweet syrup, but that's their specialty.

The waiter had a very pleasant personality and was a pleasure to have. He remembered our order well and even though it was his first day you would have thought he did this everyday. He did so well.

NO NO NO! Got 4 meals and didn’t even finish any of them. The meatloaf wasn’t meatloafing. Even men who eat anything didn’t even wanna finish it. Pasta was too salty, my ribs were SPICY the cheese things were SPICY and my steak bowl whatever it was was over cooked, tough and once again SPICY! The only good thing were the dang croissants. And also my order was supposed to be ready by 8:48 didn’t get there till around 9:05 and still had to wait like 20-30 mins

Their salmon dishes are amazing. I also like their sides, especially the broccoli cheese casserole. The food is great, and the service is awesome. The casual vibe is nice, making everyone feel welcome.
