This location in particular is usually my go to not only because of its location 5 minutes away from my home, but the experience is usually always phenomenal. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as of Saturday March 15th. We ordered 3 meals. 1 medium #1 wrapped in lettuce, 1 large #2 deluxe, and 1 kids meal 5ct grilled nugget with water and a fruit cup. The lettuce on both the #1 and #2 was brown and slimy and had a horrid smell and for the kids meal, we received fries instead of the fruit cup. We usually check our bags to see if we're missing anything before we leave but in this case we were in a rush. Sad to say this location is going downhill and I hope to see better things in the new location in the grove.

The doordash pin for this location is wrong and they made me wait over 20 minutes after hearing variations "yeah we're making it, it'll be done soon" by 3 different employees, just to say they can't make any of the order because they're out of kale and can't substitute or cancel on their end. Waste of time and their pin being incorrect just made it more difficult because it makes it seem as the Dasher never arrived.
Also an employee walked into my side view mirror on my car and didn't even say anything, like wth is wrong with this location! Always a problem.

Ate here last night something seemed off about the nuggets. Woke up around 1 am and started throwing up uncontrollably definitely gave me food left out all day now I need to call out of work.

My experience at chick-fil-a is never a good experience. On 09-25-2024, I(CScott) a colored woman who had traveled to the chick-fil-a in Newark Delaware, the one next to the Chrisitana hospital. I ordered a cobb salad with no bacon. I spelled my name out for the cashier who had taken my order. What she do?The cashier woman spelled my name wrong and gave me a salad with bacon. I will never give chick-fli-a my money again. Plus, 06/2024. I found bugs in my milk shake. Never again. I'd call the customer service number. The woman on the other line didn't want to take my call. She stated she had problems hearing my issues. When it comes rating this chick-fil-a, it's a zero for me.

This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.
Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.
