The Chicken House Restaurant

This is the second time I've called ahead for take out and was told it was over an hour wait for chicken to be ready.... The irony on being called the Chicken House but no chicken lived here... Again. Steak fried rice was still good though.

great food but the tvs weren’t great, it was playing news showing the Ukraine war footage and other disturbing images and having my young nieces there who easily saw it was horrible.

Fresh green savory aguadito (with chicken) and Papa a la huancaina are to die for. Ceviche as well, or if you are vegetarian try the salsa criolla - lime pickled onions - similar flavors to ceviche, but.without the seafood.

Great & delicious selection of Peruvian cuisine. Friendly & hospitable staff. Chuletas a la Chorrillana (pork) & Pechuga a la Chorrillana (chicken) are an absolute must try. Really good portion sizes for both as well.

Apologies that there are no photos, because the food was so good that I didn't stop until it was gone. My friend suggested it, and he hit a home run. Everything was phenomenal. We had the vegetable fried rice, half chicken, tostones (get the garlic sauce!) and sweet plantains. I am definitely going back here before I leave town again.

If you want to leave a restaurant satisfied, full, and wanting to come back again tomorrow, you have to come here and give it a try. We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken that comes with rice and salad. We also ordered a large size of beans. It was one of the best combinations with the softness of the chicken, perfect combo and flavor or rice and beans, and the freshness of the salad. They also give you two types of sauces. The sauce was so good as well!!
It was excellent food and it's a cherry on top with excellent service!!
We will definitely be back again!!
