Make sure you’re 18 or older bc they won’t allow a 21,20 and 16 year old to come in and buy dinner. also lady at the front counter was very rude about it when we questioned about why we needed our id and couldn’t have the 16year old in.

Chili’s is our go-to when we’re at the mall and don’t want to deal with the mall chaos for lunch or dinner. It’s an easy place to sit down, take a break, and actually enjoy a meal without the food court crowd. Consistent, convenient, and always a reliable choice.

I’ve been here three times and each time was a failure. Every time I order I get cold food! The pasta I ordered last was the coldest like it had been sitting out for hours. Never will I return again!

I have been in the United States for a year, and in many restaurants, even after clearly telling them that I don’t eat pork, it was still served to me. However, at this establishment, I forgot to mention that I don’t eat pork, so the pork pieces in my order were completely my fault. Even so, they treated the situation as if it were their own mistake and gave me a discount. Their kindness and professionalism, even when the mistake was mine, truly impressed me.

I have been to many restaurants and farms before, but I have never seen management as polite, respectful, and understanding as the team here. I sincerely thank them.

I also want to thank the server who took care of my table — I believe his name starts with an R. He was a tall, slim, glasses-wearing Black gentleman. He was incredibly polite and attentive throughout the entire service.”

Overall the experience was like any other restaurant. Though once we got our food, halfway through it my father found a rather long hair INSIDE his burger. mind you he’s bald. Despite the food the service was exceptional and we were given a discount for the inconvenience.

Our trip to Chili’s was fantastic from start to finish. The service was quick and our meals were delicious, but what truly made the visit special was our server, Summer. She went above and beyond; attentive without hovering, super kind, and always one step ahead of what we needed. It’s rare to find that level of service. Summer made the whole experience memorable, and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

We typically have to wait at this location but the 40 minute wait on a Friday night ended up only being like 25 minutes. I always get the chicken sandwich but last night my chicken sandwich is pathetic. Usually the chicken is overflowing over the roll but last night the piece of chicken was so tiny and over cooked.
