This used to be my go to Chinese take out spot but something has happened within the past year because their food SUCKS now. Very disappointed that something has changed because I have to go to Bear for some good Chinese now

First off I don’t normally write bad reviews but this really bothered me. I recently ordered something I have never tried before from China King on Marrows Rd. which was the 5 stars around the moon. It was suppose to have roast pork, chicken, beef and shrimp with noodles and veggies. I had it delivered and it had no beef in it, the chicken was gross and looked like it was already chewed and the so called roast pork was 3 pieces of undercooked bacon. It looked like maybe because it was towards the end of the night they just threw whatever in there. So I called and they were apologetic and said whenever I wanted it they would make me another one. They did seem upset because after I ate the shrimp I threw it away. They said they would have taken it back, for what? They would have only thrown it away and hopefully not give it to someone else. And the person I talked to was the person who actually made it so she already knew it was not made correctly. So fast forward to today and I called and spoke to the same person and said I wanted to order it thinking it would be free and delivered. Nope they wanted me to come pick it up OR if it was delivered I had to buy something with it and pay a delivery fee. Are you kidding me?!! I paid $16.95 for it and paid the delivery fee the first time and you want me to spend more money to have it delivered again or had to go pick it up myself for your mistake. It’s funny though as they were willing to come back to pick up the gross food but not willing to deliver a new order to make a customer happy. This was their mistake and they should have rectified it by making my order correctly and delivering it for free! And the person who was so apologetic the first time I called, was quite rude and argumentative when I called back to order it again. Needless to say I did not reorder it and I will never order from there again!

Boneless spare ribs & pork fried rice combo with an order of Crab Rangoon $18. Boneless ribs were disgusting they taste like game(meat) and smelled like it. Rice had no flavor, crab Rangoon were dryer than crackheads mouth and the consistency look like they were old. Egg roll had a strange after taste to it. I won’t be back.

The food just taste old anymore. Rice been sitting for days. Like they just slap the food together. I use to love this place but I can’t & will never go there again. Shrimp rolls have no taste at
I ordered two new shrimp. They gave me more peppers and onions than anything else. As well as shrimp fried rice, mushroom fried rice, taste like it was cooked three days ago the shrimp and the shrimp fried rice was mushy and old I highly recommend that you do not eat here.

This is ALWAYS our go to place for Chinese food for many years (we drive over 20 minutes just to go here from Maryland). They are always so nice and know us well because of all the times we have been there and big orders (we are a family of 7 lol). They ALWAYS get our orders right and everything we have tried on the menu is delicious (especially Hunan Shrimp ?).

We ordered beef noodle, stewed beef with daikon( radish), and sliced fish fillet in hot sauce. The fish was spicy, but tasty. I like the beef stew the best. It’ll be better if they had a menu with photo, then I don’t have to guess what the dish look like. Btw everything is cheap compared to the ones on main street. Will try something else next time.
