I just want to preface this with the fact that I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself for the past 10 years. I know the days are long and can be mentally frustrating at times. That’s why I always do my best to make the employees experience as painless as possible when I come through the door. Today I came to your establishment after a long morning at work, and left feeling pretty terrible about myself. I ordered a honey chicken bowl with a side of chips and queso. Everything about the interaction was normal until I was about to pay for my food. At that point I over hear the guy that made my order tell the cashier “Yeah this one was predictable, honey chicken bowl AND guacamole AND chips AND a side of queso.” I just put my head down, paid for my food, and left. But it really bothered me the way he was making fun of my order and subtly my weight. I wasn’t going to make a big deal about it, but my whole car ride home I kept overthinking the interaction and it didn’t sit right with me. I shouldn’t pay for an expensive meal after a long day and leave feeling worse than when I came in. Not cool.

Been working in the mall for years and never really had problems with this location but I would advise to be more mindful with the food quality.

Worst service ever! These people are scamming, and rude with the customers. I don’t know what’s going on here! They charging extra and if you’re gonna ask them they’re not giving the full refund and if you ask the cashier about this they’re like “that’s all we can do for you” is this fun for these guys to scam people and tell that’s all.

Bad food

Very poor service. Charged me the same price as a steak bowl beacuse they said they were out of chicken and they didn't have half the ingredients.

There’s a single taco made out of a burrito wrap when I ordered hard shell tacos? Not sure where the first one went but on top of that the people who work there are just gross and rude but they wrapped in it tinfoil which leaked everywhere.
