Very poor service. Charged me the same price as a steak bowl beacuse they said they were out of chicken and they didn't have half the ingredients.

There’s a single taco made out of a burrito wrap when I ordered hard shell tacos? Not sure where the first one went but on top of that the people who work there are just gross and rude but they wrapped in it tinfoil which leaked everywhere.

Employees shouting "Sir" "ma'am" at random passersby to entice them to eat there then laughing when they look around confused. It is very annoying if you are eating anywhere near there or are trying to wait for food at other vendors.

I’ve been to this Chipotle before - but this is the last time I’ll be coming. I put my order in at 12:00 PM with a pick up time of 12:40 through the website. I prefer to order my food in person, but quesadillas can now only be ordered online. I arrived a bit early at 12:33, expecting my food to not be ready.My food was ready at 12:33 and I suspect it had been sitting there for a while because when I got back to my office at 12:40 - it was COLD. The pico was stale, my guac was lukewarm, and my fajita veggies were packed on the side instead of in my quesadilla.Halfway through my cheese quesadilla, I bit into something very hard. There was a bone fragment in my quesadilla. I don’t eat meat.The workers seemed nice and the customer service was good. It’s just the quality of the food was blegh.

Today i went to chipotle and i ordered a bowel and it was so delicious and full the workers here were nice and great me well.

GO ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING HOT POCKETS! Idk if they’re trying to take the food home they don’t like having to cook it or what the issue is but this is the only location I’ve been to in life that will sell u a bowl where u can still see the bottom of it. I didn’t even pay I told her keep it u obviously want it more than I do and walked off they need to bring McDonalds back I’m tired of these spoon shakers!!! God forbid u get a good serving smh

Ordered a steak burrito and couldn’t get through it. The steak was like 70% chewy fat. Some quality meat there.
