I usually never post reviews, I can give grace for mix ups, but I ordered several bowls for staff and ever order was a mess. Chips were stale, bowls swimming in sour cream, no extras were on the bowls, queso was missing even though I ordered chips and queso; no cheese on bowl, no lettuce, they couldn't find my order and it was not on the shelf, by the time they found it and we got back to the office to discover all the issues, the food was really cold. Used to love Chipotle but the last 3 orders have been nothing but issues. First was two burritos with the new brisket - they were the smallest yet most expensive burritos I've ever received from Chipotle! Like fit in the palm of your hand small. Contacted customer service, they gave us two free entre vouchers. Ordered a week later, a 3 count of tacos, a burrito and chips with queso.
