Not sure why all the bad reviews. I went in this place on a random Saturday night around 9:15, I agreed to buy a lady calling me, sir, and was very polite and help me get my order.

5 burritos to go. Not one marked. Nothing like fingering everyones food because you are too lazy to do your job. This location continues to suck.

I went on Saturday, October 25 at 8:55 pm and the place was very dirty disgusting and the manager attended me how is it possible that a manager has everything dirty and his workers very slow without wanting to work they made me my burrito very slow and without encouragement I hope that manager's boss tells you something

This is the second and final time (even within a calendar year) I will have a bad experience with Chipotle because I’m done. We ordered through the website for delivery and turns out it was door dash. Our order came in a reasonable time (the only thing that went right about the evening). When I got the bag from the driver I turned around and noticed it said 1 of 2. I knew 5 of our orders couldn’t be fit in one bag. We quickly unpacked it and I immediately ran out to him in the driveway and told him we are missing 3 bowls and a quesadilla. He said it wasn’t his problem and that he was only handed one bag. I would have to call the store. Upon multiple people calling the store, we got nowhere because it’s automated and couldn’t get to a live person. We paid for this order so we all hopped in the car and drove about 10 minutes to the store. The manager smelled like weed, had a smile on his face while talking to him (as in he was immature and could care less/wasting his time), and said there was nothing he could do. He gave us our food and tried to walk away. We asked for our food to be remade because at this point it had been sitting there for an hour and wasn’t warm. He said he couldn’t do that because they have too many other customers that needed food. At this point we took our food and tried to separate out the lettuce and some other ingredients to reheat. Personally, my bowl was not good. There was barely any Barbacoa and the sour cream was slapped on over to the side. The bowl was barely filled as well for most of us. One person had sour cream and didn’t ask for it. I am absolutely disappointed in both Chipotle and Door Dash. Neither person involved failed to make this experience better. The worst part is this is the second time in a row we have had a bad experience. We forgave the first time and chalked it up to ok every once in awhile you get a bad experience when it comes to a big company. But now this is the second time within a calendar year so I can’t see any 5 of us returning to give our business to Chipotle again. Minor, but we also did not receive utensils or napkins in either bag. I guess this is to be expected when it’s located near a college campus.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle order my family has ever ordered. The quality is terribly. Everything is way over salted to the point where it's basically not edible. The rice was loaded with salt like it was possibly made incorrectly. I tried calling the location and it said since it was a delivery order it needed to be filled out online. (I ordered through Chipotle app) If I was able, I'd return all 3 items to the store but I chose delivery for a reason! It is not suitable to serve to my child due to the quality. Other than the quality of the the bowls having so much salt there were incorrect items as well. The quesadilla was missing a requested side as well as the fajita veggies on the quesadilla. Two bites were taken and it was dry with cold cheese and a greasy bottom. I ordered corn salsa with chips and the salsa cup was not even filled. I also ordered a large side of Pico de gallo and received a small cup also not filled. To say that I'm dissatisfied with this order would be an understatement. The manager at this location needs to be aware. I filled out the online form and hope someone contacts me. College students may be OK with this but a working family of 2 + children eating your food deserves better quality for a $65 meal! Terrible!!!! Ugh!

I went totoday 24th September 2025 and got a bonito with everything I pointed at and a large cup of lemonade i got home and tried to eat my food the rice was not well cooked and the lemonade that I paid $3 10 for was pure water
This location is awful, ordered online and they forgot 2 things and only gave 6 pieces of steak

I have zero clue on who made my burrito but I was already having a rough day and this was my final straw. I don’t know if they were new or what but it’s unacceptable to be handing food out already falling apart and coated in guac coming out of the tinfoil. Find something better to do then play with people’s food please
