I have zero clue on who made my burrito but I was already having a rough day and this was my final straw. I don’t know if they were new or what but it’s unacceptable to be handing food out already falling apart and coated in guac coming out of the tinfoil. Find something better to do then play with people’s food please

This chipotle is normally phenomenal with the portion size. However, today I was given a tiny portion of carnitas, not the normal amount. I then asked the associate for a little more and he said he would have to charge me double since he gave me the correct portion he said. I declined that. Another associate did give me a free drink because it was so hot out which was nice but was definitely disappointed with my bowl.

The fajita veggies at this location have been undercooked, and the prep quality is inconsistent. This last time, I got two huge pieces of onion still attached to the root—clearly just lazy prep work. Fajita veggies should not be half-raw with giant chunks thrown in. Definitely disappointing and ruins the taste of my bowl.
Chipotle is located on Main Street in the center of University of Delaware. Chipotle serves healthy food choices for all.
Due to the restaurant being on a campus it might be busier than normal.
The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Chipotle if you are looking for a healthy and filling meal.

Ordered a double steak bowl and got double steak thankfully but thats just about all that was in the bowl, barely any rice, literally 2 pieces of lettuce and the rice was crunchy, meat was chalky and dry. Ordered two bags of chips, both came without salt, worst Chipotle ever. One of the many reasons why I prefer to do in person over take out…do better.
