Always yummy! But a few weeks ago they didn't have Pico and said it was because someone forgot to prep it that morning. How does that happen? By 5pm someone should have prepped it.

Several things wrong this visit. Placed an online order, wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. Had to wait several minutes for the order to be ready. Then they did not have the chimichurri sauce that I already paid for online but she substituted queso which was acceptable. But the worst part of the entire thing was when we got home to eat our food it was discovered that all of the rice in all 3 meals had copius amounts of salt not even mixed in, like someone had dumped salt into the rice, didn't mix it in, and then scooped the salt and rice into our bowls. Literally got a mouthful of salt with the spoonful of rice. Food unedible and too far and inconvenient to run back to ask for a replacement or refund. Not happy and very dissatisfied.

Wow, what a delightful experience. The worker greeted us with the warmest miserable glare when he ran out of food, then proceeded to move like time had stopped. To top it off, we were lucky enough to receive old, sad portions of food — all for the simple crime of placing a normal order. Truly five-star service.

Just got food from this spot and let me tell you it’s the most undercooked food I ever had. Rice was hard and somewhat undercooked. Staff barely had Ingredients at the food bar. Staff is stingy with their portions. The guy looked like he was making a pizza on my burrito cuz he was barely putting cheese on it and I constantly had to ask him for more. This location needs a shut down or new staff.
For reason the portions at this location were slightly less than at other locations. Otherwise, it's a normal Chipotle.

Undercook rice is NOT safe to eat. I complained but they didn't seem to care, which is pretty scary. I can tell they were having a bad day, so me complaining didn't make them happy. I only ate the meat and veggy, but left the rice behind. The rice came from a full container, Not from the bottom. The rice wasnt even seasoned. They did offer a new batch, which I took home to eat in case I need to recook it. The bad batch was already served to the public😟. Never coming to this location ever. I did give 4 stars to a clean bathroom. The chipotle workers had a rough day today But it does not excuse the poor service and food quality. Need people who can uphold Chipotle standards when it is busy.

The food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. They had nice smiles on their faces while making our order and friendly treatment with us. The we ordered rice and black beans bowl. The soda machine was out of order but we bought lemonade it was nice.

The food at this location taste amazing, however the staff was very unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you are near a different one and would appreciate respectful customer service while ordering your meal.

This is like the 2nd or 3rd time, I visited this location trying to get food & they were closed well doors locked before 10! Very unprofessional and disrespectful to guest so now I have to drive to another one! DONT COME HERE
