First time there today. Ordered the calamari, sausage roll and a white slice. Best pizza ever since leaving NY. Definitely will be my go to for Italian. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Keep up the great work.

My husband and I were disrespected today while simply ordering pizza. The man at the counter was short and his counter parts were equally, if not more than unprofessional. We initially ordered 3 slices to stay- requesting spinach to be added to 1 white slice. But immediately before the man with a chain tossed them in the oven I told the cashier that I wanted a soup instead. He coldly replied, "It's too late. He already put it in the oven and added spinach." To which I replied, "He JUST put it in. Can you take the 1 without spinach off? I'd like a soup instead. Sorry." Keep in mind, only seconds had passed since the pizza went in, and I requested a change to our order. Then the matter escalated when the man with the chain and the even bigger attitude, who was coughing and hacking away, looked over towards my husband and called him a, "puto" under his breath. I immediately told the man in Spanish to cancel my entire order, because his coworker just called my husband a "puto!" We were both enraged. The cashier denied having heard it, but then later said that it wasn't HE who had said it. Nevermind who said it, the damage had been done. He voided our order altogether and we left still hot from our exchange. This place is totally unprofessional and the customer service was nonexistent. Our first time will be our last time.

On a Sunday evening, we were a party of 9 (6 kids, 3 adults), arriving just before 7 pm, after a long afternoon at nearby Urban Air. The staff made it clear that we were less than welcome. We could hear mumbling behind the counter as they each looked us over; uncomfortable. They were unpleasant and unhelpful. Also, they insisted that we couldn't buy and drink two 2 liter bottles of soda, but had to buy individual drinks from their refrigerator or from their fountain...six kids!! We ordered* over $100 worth of food, which was good. We had to ask for plates, napkins, cutlery, and three times for a pizza box for leftovers. We ate, bused our own tables, and left by 9 minutes before 8 pm, their closing time. We have always loved Ciao at Prices Corner and at Trolley Square, but our experience at the Christiana site was awful. We will never return to that Ciao restaurant.*(Ordered: 2 large pizzas with toppings, 2 Greek Salads, 6 Garlick Knots, 1 Chicken Fingers and Fries, 1 Pepperoni Roll, 3 bottled drinks, and 3 fountain drinks)

If anyone is looking to eat from this place I highly do not recommend! I’m actually upset with myself as I should of had checked reviews before purchasing. Me and my husband ordered a chicken Alfredo and all over/underneath his plate was filled with so much grease and I myself ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a small cesar salad and the pizza slices had a weird smell as I tried going in for a bite, the smell was very strong I would describe the smell like a wet rag and something else I just can’t put my head to it, it was just absolutely gross and I legit gagged! The salad was just as terrible, the romaine lettuce was super old. Any who this place gets a ZERO - no stars! I DO NOT RECOMMEND go somewhere else!

Ordered take out and it was quite disgusting. The pasta sauce tastes straight from a can. Literally almost threw up from the Caesar dressing taste. The wings were ok but literally full of fat. Yuck and yuck.

Had pizza there a mo th ago and was not impressed. Decided to give them another chance and ordered the Meatball Parm sandwich. Foil stuck to the sandwich making it a mess. The roll was cracked and falling apart and the meatballs were not good. They need to find another way to package sandwiches because I've seen similar complaints. Won't be giving them a 3rd chance. Just terrible!

Good food and the staff is pleasant. Not quick but fast. Careful when going to the bar while you wait for food you could end up staying. ;)
