Sadly, I must advise you to avoid this Cinnabon. As a Cinnabon lover who also isn't a mall frequenter, it was a joy to find one at the Welcome Center on our journey north. It was a major disappointment to eat them after driving away to have them BONE DRY. One the return drive the next week, we gave them a second chance - maybe it had been a fluke? Sadly, our second round was just as dry. Dry is the opposite of everything we love about Cinnabon! Avoid this location, sadly.

We wanted a 4 pack ready to go, wasnt available on rack check picture. Asked for 4 pack box to go,
Johnnell S. said that 4 Cinnabon pack is 7.2$ a piece because they don't have 4 pack ready to go. I asked why can't I buy 4 pack ready to go for 22.50$ if wasnt available. He said isnt his problem, he doesn't make rules. Apparently if they don't hv in rack isnt employee fault. Customers get penalized for lack of customer service. Avoid this place at all cost.

Stone cold cinnamon bun. Bottom was rock hard, clearly spent too much time under the warmer. They were having issues with the payment system. Crazy overpriced for vending machine-tier food. Just go to the Burger King right next to it if you're hungry.

Advertise open at 7am. I stopped by at 7:15am twice and was told that I could get something from burger king, that they don’t open till 8am. Very rude.

Incredibly rude service. Ordered a regular iced cold brew (which says $4.09) and they charged me for a vanilla ($5.89). I asked why the price difference and they said they didn’t know how to do the regular so I can either pay or leave. Makes sense why the works were all drinking Dunkin and not their own coffee.

Got a 6 pack, that was more expensive than the store at the Christian’s location. The Cinnabons were terrible, I ate 1/2 of one, threw the rest out. Almost destroyed my love for Cinnabon. No matter how bad the reviews get, corporate won’t do anything f as long as they keep making money. Customer service and quality and pride in your product no longer exists.

The manager had a nasty attitude talking to people in a nasty tone. I asked the cashier not to give me the Cinnabon that was hard and dry looking soon as I went to the drinking fountain she was trying to close the upside-down box. I went to the car to eat and it was stale and hard I took it back and thank God there was a different cashier who looked overworked she was nice and to care of my unpleasant situation. Thank you Makeda

I give this place ZERO stars. Went there today and stood by the register ready to order. I was the only customer there. The two ladies working completely ignored me because they were too busy playing with one of the staff members bracelet. When I told them I was ready to order the one staff member made an annoyed look and walked over to the register and didn’t even bother to make eye contact and continued to play with her bracelet while asking me what I wanted to order. When I told her.. she and the other lady continued on with a conversation once again completely ignoring me. I was sooo shocked . I felt like I was in a tv show where my patience was being tested. I told her I was ready to pay and they continued on with their conversation . I was mind blown and told them “never mind” and left . Worst experience everrrrr!

The biggest and best service plaza on the Kennedy Highway. Cheaper gas than at the Maryland plazas to boot.
